SFTP Destination connector to SFMC

Hello, im testing using the SFTP destination connector to activate audiences created in Adobe CDP to send to SFMC. The dataflows successfully run (the audiences have 1-2 people in them) but when I got to import the sftp file into SFMC data extension, the file import fails because it says there are no records. Am I missing a step?

    Does the import report an error message or do 0 profiles get activated?

     

    What is the audience qualification criteria?  

     

    Are is the audience sending over full export or incrementatl?

      Hey @brekrut 0 profiles are activated. Audience qualification is:

      Include audience who have at least 1 Any event where (LID exists) THEN have at least 1 Complete event. This is populate 1 record in Adobe CDP (me). Its a full export and the mapping is mapping the attributes of the Complete event to the attributes in the data extension in SFMC.

        What is the timing of the batch segmentation within this environment?

         

        How was the event data ingested into the Adobe RTCDP platform?

          Did you check if the FTP at SFMC has a valid token?
