Sandbox access request

Hi,

I am getting an error where it says no sandbox enabled for this user even though the profile has sandbox as a product feature.  Is there any issue here?

@cbsimp Hello! In case you are checking in the Admin Console, can you make sure you (or an Admin) check in the AEP permissions section (within AEP UI) to verify your user does have a role applied that contains the necessary sandboxes? Please see https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/access-control/home.html?lang=en

It still doesn't seem to work.  I am getting the same error.

Check if the group is assigned to that user profile.
