When I am working on Adobe another website automatically opens called Adobe Genuine Service, that tells me my Adobe is not genuine and I should buy from this website. While in fact I have a licensed version. I am not able to block the link since it says adobe.com

Hi Sandeep,

If you have a valid Adobe license, the Adobe Genuine Service notification can sometimes appear due to licensing validation issues, account mismatches, or installation inconsistencies.

Here are a few things you can check:

  1. Verify that you are signed in with the Adobe ID associated with your active subscription.

  2. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and confirm that your subscription status shows as active.

  3. Ensure all Adobe applications and the Creative Cloud desktop app are updated to the latest version.

  4. Sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in to refresh the license validation.

  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Genuine Service using Adobe's official tools, or contact Adobe Support for assistance.

I would not recommend blocking the adobe.com domain, as Adobe Genuine Service is a legitimate Adobe component used to verify software licensing. If your license is valid, Adobe Support can help identify why the notification is appearing and resolve the validation issue.
