Dear community, I've been trying to create an On Deman Segment Evaluation but I keep getting the same error (Attached in images). What is the importance of the profile_export_for_destination_merge_policy__XXX dataset in AEP?  How different is it from Profile_Snapshot__XX?

Hi, I'm trying to connect PowerBI to Query Service. However, I'm running into a problem "Unable to connect". It's says that only secure connections are supported, and that I have to set "sslmode" as "require" in connection settings. Where do I have to set that while connecting to PostgreSQL? Thanks 

Recently Adobe released the AI Assistant for Adobe Experience Platform, and I have finally had time to start working with it and testing it out. Trying to activate ID-specific marketing consents, as these are stored as Map datatype, unable to select while activating the audience, those who have opted out via audience activate. Even if we wanna ingest data from external source to update via the dataset, how do we setup data ingestion for ID-specific field type (map), As we are unable to select? Appreciate your help.

We are exploring practical use cases for the Customer AI.  One of the ideas is to calculate the customer engagement rate with the email channel to see how engaged the customer is on our retention emails sent related to their monthly subscription.   Is this a practical use of the Customer AI function? Ideally we want to score how engaged you are with specific emails and score you based on open, click, etc.    This will help with determining the health of the channel for the individual customer and also help to create guardrails to avoid over communications or nurture back to engagement

Hi Team,I wanted to understand what are the best practices and recommended approach to model identities for a source where we are tracking user level information along with the accounts that they are associated to.Consider this, on an wholesale eComm site different retailers have their accounts. Under each account we can have multiple user from that retailer who can place orders on that retailers behalf. Users and accounts have many to many relation, this means one user can be working under multiple accounts and one account can have multiple users. How do we model these identities into XDM if we wanted to report on user and account level both. If we create account as an identity wouldn't that collapse all user accounts under it into a single profile? How to go about this?Thanks

Hi Adobe Community,  My team is having issues where we have to keep resigning into Experience Platform every morning on Chrome instead of single sign on automatically loading us in. I am wondering if anyone has any workaround suggestions. This is only happening on Chrome so I am assuming it is a Chrome setting. Thanks,Nick

Hi Adobe Community, I have an interesting use case. So my team has this attribute for like propensity scores in our system. We want the ability that once we create an audience, we can group that audience by that propensity score attribute and then we can sort by the top 10% of customers with that attribute. So for example, if we have an audience that 100 people qualify for, I want to see what the propensity score range for the people with the highest 10 propensity scores (top 10%). I see in audience composition, we can use the rank function so we when we can descending, we can sort from top to bottom based on this attribute but I don't see a way to rank and then sort on the top 10%. Thanks,Nick

Hello Adobe Community, Within my RTCDP platform, we have a 1 to many relationship between our ECNs and the accounts associated with them. To solve for this, we created a schema with multiple array objects to ingest this data so it is formatted as an array where we have the main ECN and then all the objects with the accounts associated to the ECN. When we build audiences using this data, we have the ability to get all the ECNs that have an account that fall into our criteria. A random example of this could be if you want to target customers with accounts that have a balance of greater than $5. Based on that example, RTCDP would go through all the array objects associated to an ECN and as long as an ECN has at least one account that fits this description, it will qualify that ECN for our audience. However, I have a new use case where I want ECNs with only accounts that qualify for this criteria. So, if an ECN has an account with a balance less than $5, I do not want it to qualify fo

Within my platform, my team often uses certain audiences as building blocks so as to ensure that certain universal exclusions are correctly applied to every audience. We have a lot of audience blocks that we have built but we have not been keeping a log of which audiences they are a part of. Is there a way in the UI to see which audiences a certain audience is a component of? Obviously, I know that this can be done by clicking on each audience and looking at the components in the "Audience Summary," but I am wondering if there is a less tedious way to do this. Thank you

Hello there,  I have successfully created an audience in RTCDP and now wish to activate that audience to SFMC. I am following the documentation and understand that a mapping id needs to be created that matches the mapping id in the segment. I am wondering where in SFMC the mapping id attribute needs to created. I was trying to create it within the Profile Management tab but don't seem to have permissions to and had our SFMC admin try to create an attribute there but there may be additional licensing fees associated to adding more attributes there in the long run. Can you provide any insight on how to properly approach this? Thanks!

Afternoon RTCDP Community, My organization has a need to curate a custom output file for an audience that was created in RTCDP. This output file needs to contain an Account Identifier field; however, because audiences are built at a customer/profile level in RTCDP we're having trouble targeting a specific account that a customer may have.  Here is the example use case:1. Audience is built in RTCDP and is made up of customers/profiles that qualify for that audience.2. Output file is needed to support that audience and contains Account ID field.Challenge: A customer may have multiple different accounts with our organization, so ensuring that the correct Account ID is included on the output file is a challenge. Does anyone know a way to ensure that a specific account is targeted and makes it onto the output file?  Thank you! Hi All,I am looking to set up a Data Warehouse request with the data sent to Azure Blob.  I noticed Azure Blob is in the legacy section when selecting an account in the Report destination tab.  Is there any risk with Azure Blob not being supported anytime in the near future, since it is categorized as Legacy?
