I'm working with streaming data sources and wanted to check if there are any known limitations or delays when it comes to processing or qualifying data in real time. Specifically, I’m curious about:Any known lags or edge cases where real-time processing might not behave as expectedBest practices to minimize delays or troubleshoot issuesWould love to hear from others who’ve worked with streaming data in RTCDP. Hi Team, in ABC named schema, i have fieldgroup 123 and identity PQRI have already moved fieldgroup to preprod environment and identity is already created in PreprodI have created package for this schema where fieldgroup and identity is already present. Concern is for identity when i try to import package in preprod environment and click on modules that either needs to be created or existing can be use. I am able to use for fieldgroup but i am not able to see identity which is present in preprod and because of which i am not able to select. i know other way is to create each field in stage but do we have any option where i can see identity and select as ues Existing? Any help would be appreciated?

Dear Community, I am a RTCDP and AJO user who is trying to create a computed attribute that counts the amount of emails a user has opened in the previous month. I am struggling to create it and I am writing to see whether anybody can help me solving the issue. The purpose is to a have this field at profile level, even knowing that we can count the amount of emails opened when creating audiences. How was it created?It was created by applying the following settings: -select interactionType event -equals "Message opened"-Count-1 Month-Fast refresh is checked The definition looks like this: It generates the following expression:xEvent[_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageInteraction.interactionType in ["open"]].count() After creating it, I noticed the info "Summary data is not available for this field due to lack of clustered values" in the InteractionType field. What is the importance of the profile_export_for_destination_merge_policy__XXX dataset in AEP?  How different is it from Profile_Snapshot__XX?

Hi, I'm trying to connect PowerBI to Query Service. However, I'm running into a problem "Unable to connect". It's says that only secure connections are supported, and that I have to set "sslmode" as "require" in connection settings. Where do I have to set that while connecting to PostgreSQL? Thanks

Trying to activate ID-specific marketing consents, as these are stored as Map datatype, unable to select while activating the audience, those who have opted out via audience activate. Even if we wanna ingest data from external source to update via the dataset, how do we setup data ingestion for ID-specific field type (map), As we are unable to select? Appreciate your help.

We are exploring practical use cases for the Customer AI.  One of the ideas is to calculate the customer engagement rate with the email channel to see how engaged the customer is on our retention emails sent related to their monthly subscription.   Is this a practical use of the Customer AI function? Ideally we want to score how engaged you are with specific emails and score you based on open, click, etc.    This will help with determining the health of the channel for the individual customer and also help to create guardrails to avoid over communications or nurture back to engagement

Hi Team,I wanted to understand what are the best practices and recommended approach to model identities for a source where we are tracking user level information along with the accounts that they are associated to.Consider this, on an wholesale eComm site different retailers have their accounts. Under each account we can have multiple user from that retailer who can place orders on that retailers behalf. Users and accounts have many to many relation, this means one user can be working under multiple accounts and one account can have multiple users. How do we model these identities into XDM if we wanted to report on user and account level both. If we create account as an identity wouldn't that collapse all user accounts under it into a single profile? How to go about this?Thanks
