Problem I am trying to understand how to use event attribute values for: 1. Personalization 2. Data exports   Event Lets say we have an Online Purchase event where eventCode = 'online purchase' that includes the following attributes: customerID accountLastFour purchaseAmount numberOfProducts   Segment We then create a 'Large Purchase' segment where: eventCode = 'online purchase' purchaseAmount > '1000'   Personalization When a profile qualifies for this segment they enter a journey in which we want to send a personalized email that includes their account last 4. How would you go about getting the value of 'accountLastFour' from the event that qualified the user for the segment? Hello,   We have a use case where we need to visualize profile data enriched in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using Tableau.  Upon researching, I found that we can connect AEP to Tableau via Query Service. However, to access real-time customer data platform (RTCDP) profile data and the events related to it, I would need to query and join datasets. I am uncertain whether Tableau can utilize the RTCDP profile API without any customization.   My question is whether there is a way to access the customer 360 enriched profile directly via Tableau. I am aware that in AEP, we can create a new dataset and utilize the Profile Export API to create a dataset containing details of the customer 360 profile. I am interested in knowing if there is a direct method to achieve this.   Please note:- We can visualize the data in AEP as well but right now its not an option for us.   Thanks in advance

We have set up a Marketo audience to be shared and hopefully used in Adobe Target. We followed these instructions - Send a List to Adobe Experience Cloud | Adobe Marketo Engage.  After submitting the audience setup in Marketo, it said the audience was sent to Audience Manager. We do not have audience manager, do I need to have Audience Manager to connect a Marketo Audience to Target? If not, where and how do I find the audience from Marketo in Target?   Thanks, ~John

Hi all,   I have subscribed for various alerts and I keep getting this one particular alert every day - Triggered : Activation Skipped Rate Exceeded is above 1%. The current value is 60%.   The current value varies. It is sometimes 70%, 99% etc. It automatically resolves itself after a period of 3 hours and then I receive another alert - Resolved : Activation Skipped Rate Exceeded is above 1%. The current value is 60%.   Is this something I should be worried about? I tried to check in the monitoring workspace but couldn't really figure out its meaning and also what exactly happens at the backend to resolve the issue.    Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Hi all, I noticed that the UI of the Segments list in RTCDP is very poorly designed and I am hoping for a hack from someone on this. The Name column is so small in widths that you cannot read most of the segment names and there is no way to change the column size.    This may be ok if you have a handfull of segments but anything above 20+ segments will be unusable with the current view. Even when you disable columns for the list this is not saved and next time they will display again having you to replicate this over and over again.   Anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix for that? Allowing you to change column sizes by drag and drop would be good enough to solve this.      

Hello guys, Any suggestion on how to verify that events are properly associated to a profile? we are running random test to verify events -> profile by using Identity Graph to verify Identity namespace (email) and Identity value . Is it correct? Thanks
