incidents message: "Impact scope: Some customers are impacted."

Hello.

Can you please help me understand something? Some incidents have this message: "Impact scope: Some customers are impacted." Which clients and how are they impacted? I mean, I don't want to see the entire list of impacted clients, but I would like to know if my client is impacted or not, and how.

Thank you!

@ancaio1 my two cents:

Those notifications you see on https://status.adobe.com/ are there to give you general overview of what the issue is. We also usually publish the statuses with the impacted regions, ie: 'Regions: Americas' or 'Regions: Americas, APAC, EMEA'.
These outages can be triggered by customer reports but also by internal monitoring that is not necessarily at a granular level so we wouldn't necessarily have a list per se.
A typical example would be monitoring on an activation pipeline for data transfer to a partner (Google, Facebook .. etc). This may return more failed responses than usual meaning some customers may experience a delay in activation for jobs.

While we may have additional customer information internally, the best way for you to get a sense for your Org or one of your customers is the Alerts section in the UI where you can subscribe to many different production processes / messages.
