From aep to destination

How much time does it take to send data from aep to destination in streaming ingestion  , I am using http api , it takes around 20 min right now , how can we reduce this time ? 
How much time will it take in the edge segmentation case ?

Question 1:

- If this is an issue, you may want to raise a Support ticket so we can put this forward to the Engineering team for verification

 

Question 2:

- No actual latency data as far as I can see but the documentation states:

Edge segmentation is the ability to evaluate segment definitions in Adobe Experience Platform instantaneously on the edge, enabling same page and next page personalization use cases

    Do you know if there has been any latency data on this as of today? I also was seeing about a 30 min delay on my end today, ingesting via HTTP API.
