Events data(From CSV file) is not merged to profile data(From CSV file)

We're loading profile data into a dataset using a csv file and we've also loaded events data associated with that profile using a csv file only, but the events data is not merging with the profile data and is not showing up in the profile

Hi, can someone help us figuring out why the profile and event data is not merging when we upload from csv file, In other CDPs(For example Salesforce Data cloud) it shows the events for the profile when the ID matches, but here it's not happening.

    I would start with basic checks to see if the dataset is enabled for the profile or not.

    Then move to the Monitoring section to check if the records are flowing into Identity and/or Profile store.

     

    You may not find the exact detailed error and might want to use Flow service API.

     

     

    PS: you might want to reconsider the Identities(First Name and _id are not good identities.)
