Certification blackout for Adobe RTCDP

Hello Adobe community,

Could you be so kind to advise how to schedule an Exam for Certification, if there's a Blackout in the portal for scheduling?

Hi @elenagor , As you already mentioned because of the upgrade you won't be able to book the exam. I don't think there is any exact timeframe but feel free to drop an email to spphelp@adobe.com and they might be able to provide you with some details on this.

Hi @elenagor,

There are some upgrades scheduled, so that's why you can't currently schedule exams to take place after Septermeber 26.

Thanks, I can see that. And when I will be capable to schedule the certification? is there any other way? Its not very clear fro the message when it would be available again, any timeframes?

Hi @elenagor,

I am able to schedule it for the two firsts weeks of October, but as @pradeep_kumar_srivastav was saying feel free to reach Adobe in the email spphelp@adobe.com
