Audiences: How to create an audience based on the first time an event happens

Hello,

I am working the Audience builder and I am trying to see if there is a way to identify the first time an events happens to create a segment. This use case is for people who make a first time purchase so we can send them an email. Is it possible to create this kind of audience in RTCDP? Thanks!

Hi @ryanmoravick

There are few way to get at the audience.

You can build an initial audience where there is at least 1 purchase event and then build exclusion logic of when there is more than 1 purchase event.

you could also use a computed attribute to find the most recent purchase event to then build an audience against.
