AEP Qualified Profile Audience

hi,

Did any one find the similar issue of qualified audience coming as zero even after the profile estimation showing some value of profiles.

While debugging the issue through query service , got to see the error attached below.

What could be the root cause of this.

Hi @shubhankarba1

We seem to be discussing two different aspects here.

When you check the profile count under audiences, it updates every 24 hours, regardless of whether it's a streaming, edge, or batch segment. If you see a profile count as zero or not present, it does not necessarily mean that no profiles are qualified.

To verify if a profile is indeed qualified, search for the profile and click on the audience membership tab. There, you will see the audience listed.

Thanks,

Arpan

Hello @shubhankarba1

The estimation is based off of the Sample Profile Job:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/profile/api/preview-sample-status

The data coming from these samples does not always reflect completely accurate data. Are both your schema and dataset being referenced, enabled for profile?

It also may be good to review Spark's documentation on catalog namespaces and ensuring that any integration with Adobe Experience Platform, is properly configured to meet Spark's requirements.

Hi @shubhankarba1  - When did you created the audience? Usually the qualified audience stays as zero unless the profile export job is run completely.

As @davidross91 mentioned the estimation is based on the sample profile job.

You should be able to see the correct number in around 24 hours.

Thanks,

Arpan

We have seen batch segmentation evaluation takes 24 hrs to reflect the qualified audience count, is it same for streaming segmentation?

As streaming segmentation is meant for real time profile evaluation.
