AEP List of Supported Delimiters in Data Prep

Does anyone know the list of supported delimiters that Adobe Experience Platform recognizes? My team is trying to ingest a CSV file with broken pipe delimiters; however, the file selection doesn't have broken pipe delimiter as an option. Does anyone know if AEP can ingest a file with a broken pipe delimiter and how? If not, where can I find a list of supported delimiters?

as per the below documentation, it is possible to consider any single character delimiter of your choice can be considered as delimiter.
