Hey community! I saw a couple of old posts about creating a custom 2-way SMS integration using Twilio, Telnyx, Zapier and a lot of coding knowledge. Now in 2023-2024, are there more feasible solutions to get this done? I know Marketo is bound with Vibes, but that's a one way integration and has its limitations. Thanks for your replies!

Hi everyone.I have subscribed to a revenue explorer report set to deliver daily to my email address. While Marketo indicates that the report is being processed and delivered, I am not receiving it in my inbox. This issue is specific to one particular report; other revenue explorer subscription reports to the same email address are being delivered successfully. I have checked my spam folder and verified that the email address is correct. Additionally, I have tested email deliverability, and other Marketo emails are reaching my inbox without any problem. The issue persists despite multiple attempts to receive the report. Could you please provide guidance on resolving it?The report is 14MB in size if that matters. Key Points:Subscription report set to deliver daily.Marketo indicates successful processing and delivery.Not receiving the report in my inbox.Specific to one report; other subscriptions are working fine.Spam folder checked; email address verified.Email deliverability tested

Hello!Had a question regarding Communication Limit settings and sending "the next day": Is there any sort of global "Hold Email Send to Next Day" or such option if a Lead hits the limit?We tend to have lots of emails that are based off of specific data points like "Membership Opening in Past 3 Days" due to having multiple person records under a single Lead email address. Our data gets a daily API update and this has potential to have someone hit the daily limit and then the next day when their limit resets they are out of the data point range.To alleviate the usual concerns - We have very few instances of hitting our daily limit of 4 and weekly limit of 7 emails, but it is possible due to the multiple records under one Lead situation, so I am curious if there is any sort of global setting or if it needs to be manually done at the Program / flow step level?Thank you!! 

Anybody has this issue when sending emails to T-Online.de webmail?As soon a link is set on an image, in the text, or on an HTML button, part of the link renders as text in the email. It only happens with this email client no matter the way links are added; directly in the template (for example a link to a website on the logo) or via the image editor or text editor when editing the email in Marketo. And before you ask, links are well formated and working everywhere else. 😉Here is a screenshot; look at the logo and the text:Here is how it look when I remove the links in the template and send the email with no links at all on the logo/text:And if I add the links back, but this time via the image/text editor, it renders like the first screenshot. With Email on Acid, we can see the code that is sent to T-Online.de and I did realize the link is formatted correctly but cut on a few lines (the highlighted part in the following screenshot):If I grab all the code sent to T-Online.de

Hey  Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and has a fix. Been on with marketo support and they can't identify any issues in the campaign but the desired in zone text is not appearing.  We set up a campaign to personalize the email subscribe thank you page text to recognise if someone had previously registered and provide a different 'already subscribed' message. When tested off of VPN or corp network on Apple & PC desktop - the correct campaign text does not appear.  We are using inzone. (everything looks ok in the test preview)URLs are correctZone ID matches Div ID in script. Static List is correct and email addresses exist on static list. Hello communityDoes anyone has a good tool that help do Q&A of Marketo programs? something that is not Excel or Smartsheet but instead walks a person to each step of checking that a program has been properly tested.We have lists with tens of things we need to check such as is the subject line there, do you have a sender, a reply to etc... to is the link working, does the email displays correctly, is it linked to SFDC, are the flow steps including xyx ... etc...Best would be an opens source software we can use to build a question blow and just enter yes, no and why no. Any suggestions would be great.ThanksAxel

Gmail has issued a series of new sender requirements for senders who send 5,000 or more messages, with enforcement beginning in February 2024. Gmail's documentation states "If you send more than 5,000 message per day, your marketing and subscribed messages must support one-click unsubscribe."  Our current approach is to include an "unsubscribe or manage your preferences" link at the footer of every email that directs users to our subscription preference center, where they can subscribe or unsubscribe to our different email types or unsubscribe to all emails. We also have an operational program set up to support when users use the "unsubscribe" feature in Gmail.  Is our subscription preference center approach in compliance with Gmail's new 1-click unsubscribe requirement or would we need to build a true unsubscribe link?

I'm currently working on creating a smart campaign to manage the expiration of clients' implied consent after two years, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. The consent date field type is in a date format, and I'm seeking assistance in optimizing the smart campaign for this purpose. Below is a screenshot of the Smart list section of the smart campaign. I am trying to expire the consent after 2 years of their consent date.  If anyone has experience with similar campaigns or suggestions on how to effectively implement the expiration of consent after two years, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Happy Friday, Community! Today I learned that a Marketo user with a Marketing User role couldn't see Performance Insights in the Analytics section of our instance. As I checked through that role's permissions (BOY, I would love a search function in that area!), I couldn't find anything related to Performance Insights in the Access Analytics section or elsewhere:That led me to check the role details for Marketo Admins, and there's a specific line item for Performance Insights within the Access Analytics settings:While searching for more information on this, I came across a post where a non-admin user had access to MPI so I feel like I'm missing something here 😋 Is there another setting that I should update to allow this to show on a non-admin role? Do I have to request this be specifically added for our instance? While I love a good Friday mystery, this one seems really odd to me and like I'm going to smack my head when someone tells me what the issue is.&nbs

I'm seeking some input here. I'm putting together an email performance report and realized I mistakenly sent one email twice to the same audience on different days. Instead of seeing the total delivered, I want to track the number of unique email addresses that received the email in the report.I experimented with the smart list features in the report, like 'was sent this day' or 'not was sent this day,' but it seems the numbers weren't accurate. They either showed significantly fewer or the actual total delivered. 

Hi allHaving a weird issue, any advice greatly appreciated!I have a webform in which one of the fields isn't cooperating.Field type = StringField type on webform = checkboxesThe field only displays 5 of the 9 values I'm telling it to display. I don't believe there is a limit dictated by the CSS/code of the website, dictating # of checkboxes the webform will display. I've experimented with having the webform display only the 4 values that it typically refuses to display, and even then, it just displays 0 checkboxesThe field is a String field, not a multi-select picklist, so it's not like there's only certain values that the field will accept.Also (not sure how relevant this is) but the field only exists in Marketo, not Salesforce or any other integrated system.Here is a link to the page that contains the webform: https://www.gozego.com/company/zego-product-pricing/Any advice? Hi Community, We have an issue where we have built a form in one of our many partitions. This form is embedded on an external website. The way it works is someone fills out the form and if their email address exists in this specific partition, they get opted into SMS marketing messages via a smart campaign we have built. The problem we are seeing is that if someone fills out the form and uses an email that already exists in Marketo but in a different partition, the form fillout gets attributed to that existing record in the other partition and they do not get opted into SMS messages because they do not exist in the dedicated partition where the campaign is run.What we would like to have happen is that if the person who fills out the form does not have an account in the dedicated partition, we would like one to be created. However, we currently have the Email field blocked from getting updated via form fillout because we don't want our data to get messy and unmanageable. 

Is it possible to generate a smart list or report that displays all records that failed to update? For instance, when an individual attempts to modify their job title on a web form for an existing record, but the update fails. Thank you.
