hi all, we used an agency to develop an api sync and are now left in a situation where we're testing and some formatting components are going amiss.we've a 'complaintscomments' token pulling in upto 600 characters in as token data, and its pulling in wildly on some clients' as you can imagine in testing. namely outlook. these emails are required to go live this week.please does anyone know what might help with little/no IT dev work required please? kr Mike

Hi all Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have monthly campaigns that are set to repeat on the second Thursday of every month. After a few runs, they then change themselves to "Schedule repeats on the day after the second Thursday of every month" ie the second Friday of the month. Example from an affected campaign. Here is the recurrence we set starting in December:  It worked as expected for a few months, then in February it ran twice on both the second Thursday and Friday, then in March it only ran on the Friday:  Now the schedule tab shows as below: Thanks

Hi, Working on an engagement program and am curious if mixing email assets and default programs in a single stream is recommended. We currently have streams that are either all email assets or default programs, and are looking to mix both into one single stream. Would there be any issues mixing both into a single nurture stream?  Thanks!

Everyone knows that emails perform best when you personalize the email based on the person you are sending to.  A smart campaign qualifies people if the score changes to more than 99   Some records qualify for this smart campaign when their score is decreased by 25   We realize that even if the score change by "-25", it still qualifies for Score is Changed, and because the total score after "-25" is still above 99, they qualify for this smart campaign which MQLs people.   Hence, we try to apply the Change Constraint. It doesn't work.   So we resort to the option to define Previous Value, New Value, Data Value Changes - it works.   This whole thing looks pretty volatile - is there anything similar you have experienced before, or if there is a better way to resolve this?   Thanks!

Creating campaigns where I need a flow to happen when a certain date is x amount of days ago. Ex. In this batch campaign when the price request form date is 30 days ago, I need it to run the flow. Is this correct? or would I need to use a different date filter like "in past".  It can't be a specific date because it's a campaign that will be scheduled to run daily.   

I am building out a master email template, and one of the modules I want to create has a background color (that needs to be transparent) as well as a background image with text overlaying it. Hi all, Is there a way to trigger a campaign when an existing contact (previously synced i.e. SFDCType is not empty) has a sync error from Salesforce? We can obviously see the error in the activity log, but we have to always check if someone is not syncing to a salesforce campaign and then trace why.I know the alerts/notifications under the bell icon but they aren't much help to trigger something either.Has anyone found a way or a workaround for this?Oftentimes errors are common. field value mismatch in a restricted field, or duplicate.If we can get a trigger if there's a duplicate, we can resolve that immediately.Any thoughts? Ideas?

I'm doing a list import from an event booth visits. I have about 100 leads to import and some of these already exist in our db. I want to import the new 70 leads and also update the existing 30 days. Only field I don't want to update the 'Job title' for the existing 30 leads. Here, I want to retain the value in our db. Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks.

Hello,I'm trying to find a way to manage the segments within partitions in a central way.Let's assume I have 4 different partitions:EUJPUSAPACAll of these partitions need to have 3 different Marketable segments:CustomersProspectsPartnersAll of these segments need to have common and specific criteria to have the correct members inside them. I'd like to achieve a single and central way to manage the common criteria. Hey,I found a problem recently and I want to understand it better.I put a form on a Marketo landing page. Everything is in the same program. I set it up so that when someone fills out the form, a sales rep gets an alert. But there were some contacts who filled out the form, yet their first name, last name, and email address were missing, even though those fields are required and sales owner received blank email.When I checked the program members, I saw this icon:  Can anyone help me what it is actually?

Hello, We are trying to add a 'add to calendar' token in Marketo, onto a landing page.  Currently, when I add the token (which works) it appears in a white font, which means it is not visible in the landing page - however, no matter what i try (HTML coding included) I cannot change the colour of the token to make it visible. Does anyone know why this is?
