we want to link to the self scheduler link if it’s populated and link to a default if it’s not. We also want to add a UTM query string to the end of the unique self scheduler link. Here is the logic I currently have:    the else is working but the if is not, any insight?

I see some older posts on this topic wondering if there has been any new solutions. The post from 2019 suggests it works if you use a trigger campaign but that didn't work for me. Essentially I'd like to "cc" a token (which contains an email address) when sending an Alert.

IssueA lead shows as being a member of a campaign that had a single flow step of 'Change Data Value'. However, the lead doesn't show in the Results tab of the campaign, nor is the CDV activity logged in the activity log for the lead. SolutionThis can happen if the field to be updated was blank/null, and the new value in the CDV flow step is derived from another field, using a token, and this other field is also blank. Because the value 'changes' from blank to blank, we don't log anything in the activity log, but the lead is a member of the campaign.

SolutionCustomers have to use Member of Smart List as indirection for the desired filter condition.   i.e. Create a new Smart List with the "Deleted from SFDC" filter.  Then change this failing flow step choice to use 'Member of Smart List' with the Smart List just created.  Example flow step:

IssueMy token is not displayed correctly in view as webpage version of email. EnvironmentIf customers manually type a {{my.token}} and use uppercase M such as {{My.token}}, then the view as webpage version of email may not render that token as expected. The feature to HTML encode lead tokens (source of external data) for security reasons, applies to my tokens that incorrectly use uppercase M. HTML Encode Tokens SolutionUse the token picker to pick the correct lowercase {{my.token}}.

IssueEmail won't be approved due to too many custom tokens SolutionSometimes when approving an email with a large number of of tokens, the following error message will appear: 'The number of custom tokens in the email exceeds the limit '     This means that you have too many custom tokens in the email and that if you wish to approve the email, you will need to remove one or more of your custom tokens in the email.    Its important to note that this only applies to custom tokens, which are tokens based on a custom field in Marketo.  This means that while you will be allowed to add more of the standard tokens to the email and approve it, you will not be allowed to go beyond the 40 custom token limit we have in place for the non-standard tokens. I am looking to create a trigger campaign based on multiple Web Page visits. I can find a work around if there is only two pages, however I would like to extend the amount of web pages from 2 to 4. This mean if someone were to visit any combination of Web page 1, 2,3, or 4 they will then receive an email. The minimum visits a person would need before receiving the email would be 2.  With Marketo limitations on triggers I am not able to simply create a single campaign with 4 different triggers. Looking for the best way to tackle this issue.

Hey all, I'm hoping I can get some input/suggestions on some functionality I'm developing. I have an array of emails collected on a page via a custom input and I am submitting them individually on a hidden Marketo form. It's simply a hidden form with an email field, nothing fancy. Each email is to be submitted on the form individually. I work with webinar campagins; currently, I email our house list and have a "Register here" link that directs people to fill out a form to register for webinars.Problem: Since the registeration link is in the email, people are able to access the link (and fill out the form) even after the webinar is over. Right now, I have people registering after the webinar is over, even though the registration page clearly states when the webinar started. Question: Is there a way to automatically "turn off" a form after a certain time so I can prevent these people from registering or redirect them? Right now, I go in after the webinar is over and just delete the form manually. Any help would be appreciated, even if it's a "this cannot be done."  

HelloI wan to set up a trigger campaign that checks the score of leads and if the score is very low (below 1), then prevent them from synching to SFDC. I could not find a suitable filter to achieve this under Flow. Any thoughts? Thanks.

IssueSometimes email addresses that are CC'd can have emails bounce. This doc describes what to expect in these scenarios. SolutionSending Emails To address is valid, cc address bounces   The email will be sent to the recipient but the cc'ed recipient will not receive it (since the address is invalid).   Nothing in the Marketo UI will communicate that the email to the cc'ed address was undeliverable.   To address bounces, the cc address is valid The email to the recipient will bounce normally.  The cc'ed recipient will still receive a copy of the email.   Nothing in the email sent to the cc'ed recipient will tell them that the To: the address was undeliverable.   To address is valid, cc address is unsubscribed The email to the recipient will deliver normally.  The unsubscribed cc address will not receive the email.   Nothing in the UI will reflect that the cc'ed recipient did not receive the email because of an unsubscribe se

I need to extract the content of push notifications when sending them as part of a campaign and then store this push notification content in an external database. Currently, my only option is to use a webhook to capture this information after the notification is sent. However, I haven't been able to find a token that directly links to the content of the push notifications. As a temporary solution, I'm including the push notification content in the campaign or program description, but this method is not perfect and could lead to operational errors. Are there any other ways to achieve this?

最近、クロスセルに取り組みはじめ、複数の情報をMarketoのリードに持たせたいと考えています。具体的には、A、Bの製品群で別々の担当者がいるため、それぞれのリードに製品群ごとに担当者を割り振りたいと考えています。 担当者の情報としては、所属しているグループや担当者のメールアドレス、氏名などをカスタムフィールドにそれぞれ書き込みたいのですが、それら担当者のリストは別途、マスターファイルで管理し、期の切り替えや異動などの際に情報を簡便に入れ替えることができないかと考えています。 現状は、Excelを使用して、それぞれのフィールドの情報を上書きしたcsvファイルを作成し、一括でリード情報の上書きをしているのですが、もう少し簡便に出来ないか？と悩ましく思っています。 リードの件数も増えてくると作業ミスも気になりますし、一旦、Excelなどでダウンロードすると個人情報の取り扱いも気になっています。何か良い方法はありませんでしょうか？

I am hoping someone knows a fix for this - my email address is coming up in all links sent in an email. It does not show up in HTML but does show for the text version. The link is not the same as the one I enter in the email editor, so it must be added in there after it's sent, and this happens in both test emails and actual email sent. How can I fix this? 

hi all, we used an agency to develop an api sync and are now left in a situation where we're testing and some formatting components are going amiss.we've a 'complaintscomments' token pulling in upto 600 characters in as token data, and its pulling in wildly on some clients' as you can imagine in testing. namely outlook. these emails are required to go live this week.please does anyone know what might help with little/no IT dev work required please? kr Mike

Hi all Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have monthly campaigns that are set to repeat on the second Thursday of every month. After a few runs, they then change themselves to "Schedule repeats on the day after the second Thursday of every month" ie the second Friday of the month. Example from an affected campaign. Hi, Working on an engagement program and am curious if mixing email assets and default programs in a single stream is recommended. We currently have streams that are either all email assets or default programs, and are looking to mix both into one single stream. Would there be any issues mixing both into a single nurture stream?  Thanks!

 A smart campaign qualifies people if the score changes to more than 99   Some records qualify for this smart campaign when their score is decreased by 25   We realize that even if the score change by "-25", it still qualifies for Score is Changed, and because the total score after "-25" is still above 99, they qualify for this smart campaign which MQLs people.   Hence, we try to apply the Change Constraint. It doesn't work.   So we resort to the option to define Previous Value, New Value, Data Value Changes - it works.   This whole thing looks pretty volatile - is there anything similar you have experienced before, or if there is a better way to resolve this?   Thanks!
