Adobe Marketo Engage

Hi,   I am trying to send an alert to both internal and client email addresses to notify them that a specific email wave has been executed.   I am using the "Send Alert" activity and passing a token in the "To" list. The token contains a comma-separated list of email addresses. I am receiving the email with the configured content, which is "Dear <Name>, Wave 1 is executed successfully." However, I have noticed that if there are three members in my actual campaign, I receive the alert three times, each time with a campaign member's name personalized in the email. I should only be receiving a single alert.     Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?   Thanks & Regards,

hey all, on https://www.robertwalters.fr/confiez-nous-vos-recrutements.html we have onetrust cookie consent running - when a user consents, the marketo form embedded on that page functions ok. However when a user doesnt consent, the form doesnt appear at all! Having looked at other discussions here i cant see any reason for this occuring. Any ideas? Onetrust seem reluctant to discuss how they implement Marketo on their own site (it doesnt seem to show up in their own cookie consent settings!)    

Marketo form field validation on required fields, particular field value formats (i.e. email & phone) are pretty straight forward and we have a script working with onValidation callback to set focus on the first error from the top of the form.However, the Global Form Validation is done at the server side and the behaviour isn't the same. In a long form, we get the error message but the form fails to scroll back up and set focus on the email address error. I noticed @sanfordwhiteman 's trick to localise the error message.Can we adapt that method to set focus on the email address field error?I also noticed that the way the form is throwing the error is as a 400 Bad request. Does that prevent any js running from that point forward? Is that why the form doesn't scroll back up to the error as other validation checks.

After a rebrand this winter, we noticed our CTAs were being stripped of their formatting in outlook clients. So we added the VML coding to the template and recently we started seeing the branding domain was not working on these CTAs, in outlook only, it will show the full url when you hover over the CTA. Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this. I've got a Welcome Series lead nurture program set up in Marketo and the main way we add leads to the program is when someone fills out a form whether that is a contact us form (as long as they don't have an opp created, we wait 45 days and then add them to the stream) OR if they fill out a content form. However, this year we have not been gating our content, and therefore the quantity of leads entering our nurture series has been low. Are there any other ways besides form fills that folks use to enter leads into a welcome nurture? Looking for ideas - thanks!!

Note: If you're accessing a client customer, the manager's customer id must be set in the 'login-customer-id' header. Hi all, I am simply trying to update records from Google sheets to Marketo via Zapier. I want to take Lead ID as my primary field instead of Email address since marketo many a times create dupe records upon email id field (event during list upload). While doing this using Zapier, I am seeing error called"Failed to create a lead in MarketoField 'id' not allowed" I know we can update records basis lead id field using API directly, but isnt zapier allowed to update records based on Lead id field? 

Hello, I've been experiencing an issue with a Campaign I ran. I added some CTAs and links to my Email which take to a Landing Page.I included myself on my Send Campaign in order to test it for myself and the email CTA's and links worked perfectly on my work email in my Work computer and also in my Personal emails on my personal mobile but when I tried to open the CTAs and the links from my work email in my work phone, the CTAs and the links didn't work. It shows an error saying "Safari can't open the page because the server can't be found". Any suggested solution for this? 😓

Hello,I'm facing an issue with syncing a Salesforce custom object, Customer_Interaction, to both Lead and Contact in MKTO. (Simplified ER Model):Problem:When I enable the sync of Customer_Interaction in MKTO for the first object (either Lead or Contact), it works perfectly. Hello, I am trying to set a URL in velocity script based on lead data. I do not want to pass any CTA copy in the velocity, how can I set URLs without putting the URLs in a tags? We will be using these links in multiple places in the email, so simply want to pass the URL only, no other formatting. I recently loaded a new file (tried both a PDF and JPEG) to Design Studio to receive a URL to host in my comm and the URL is unencrypted. Did something change with Marketo? I receive an error message that the link is not safe when I send the test email to myself. I connected with our internal IT team, and they guided me back to Marketo for resolution since the link is unencrypted (http) but is being redirected to encrypted (https) URL. Help please!

Hello, I'm looking into how we can make Marketo to create a new record in the database on each form submission. Has anyone dealt with that?I tried changing the dedupe rule with support, but apparently system fields as 'created at' cannot be used in this case. The walkaround described in Bypass Marketo dedupe rules to create new leads every time is not really satisfactory for us.Is anyone able to share any tips or ideas? Thanks,Monika

We are looking to move to global forms and want to be able to use the same form, but change the CTA text regardless if we are using Marketo LPs or embedding the form on outside pages. I assume there is some script that can be written to modify it, but not sure how to go about implementing or creating that.  Any help would be great.
