Hi!I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing a higher number of click activities from User Agent = Barracuda Sentinel (EE).We noticed that our click rates were higher on some of the emails, and when we investigated, we found that it was activity from this user agent. It seems like it started mid-last week. Also if there is a way to filter this on Marketo's email performance report, please let me know!Thanks. Yuko 

Hello, I have a Many to Many setup, this is not the real case but imagine I have my CO bridge as email and Course. Then I have an edge CO with Course and availability.Email |<--> | Email -- Course |<--> |Course --Availability| I want to send an email to people who has course availability = yes , which is not a problem from the smart list perspective, but I want to say in the email which course. Anyone else having issues with new outlook + calendar tokens? We have launched a new webinar series. We use velocity script that puts relevant calendar tokens into the registration confirmation emails and some registrants are having problems accessing. We have not had this issue before with outlook 'classic'. Is there another option for calendar tokens and the new outlook that we should try?

What is actually "hoslitic view in campaign reports". Which type of program should be used if we a nurture mailer series and we want a holistic view in reports in the end? 

Hello AllAt my firm we're unsure what sort of methodology to apply to the numerous bot clicks and opens which seem to be appearing in our reports these days. We are using the IAB filter and considering adding the proximity pattern feature for 0 seconds but there doesn't appear to be an absolute way to identify and remove all bot activity. We're curious to know what other businesses are doing for their reporting as we seek to agree internally on a methodology to apply and follow. Hello Marketo Community, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on integrating Marketo using its JavaScript API, specifically through the method submit as described in the API reference (https://developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/forms/api-reference/). My goal is to track and debug form submissions. I would like to know if there is an interaction log accessible from the Marketo dashboard that records form submissions and any associated errors. Having access to such logs would greatly assist in diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise during the submission process. If such a log does not exist, is the only way to register errors by using the onError callback and implementing our own logging platform? Is there a way to create a folder and re-sort filters? Example: I want to create a folder under filters named "Basic Filters" and put only that 4-5 filters that should cover 95%+ of marketing requirements (We have a ton of filters that are not necessary for most marketing emails, and I want to make the space easier and cleaner for users).

Hi All, Has anyone successfully reduced the # of options on a filter? We have some filters with 200+ options. We want to reduce to only show the 3-4 options that marketers should be using to keep things clean and easier.  Assuming there's a few options (hopefully) to go about it, ideally I'd love to be able to edit which options show. Alternatively, making a clone of the filter and deleting options we don't want. The route I'd want to go down the least would be creating another column from the data source to feed it into Marketo.  Has anyone tried this and been successful?  Thanks!

Hello, my company is updating our state/country integration values in Salesforce, so I need to update all our forms to have the new country codes instead of name values. I've gotten the API to work to update the country field and our opt-in checkbox visibility rules, but I'm struggling with the State visibility rule.I'm grabbing the rules from a GET call and just changing the "United States" and "Canada" to "US" and "CA" the way I did for the others, but I'm consistently getting a 709 error that reads "Field of type radio buttons, checkboxes and select should have picklist values." Has anyone worked with updating form visibility rules via the API? Any idea what's wrong with the message body below? Hello, We're building a preference center where we'd like the selections to remain intact when the user revisits the page. On our test page we have three options, two are custom Salesforce fields and one utilizes the Unsubscribed check box. The custom Salesforce check boxes retain their marks upon subsequent page visits, but the Unsubscribe From All check box is wiped clean when selected and the form is submitted. We'd like to maintain this selection so the user can see their unsubscribed status upon revisiting the page. Additional InformationWhen revisiting the preference center page after the unsubscribe from all box is checked and the from is submitted, the form initially retains the email address for the user but all of the check boxes are unchecked. By the next day, the email address no longer loads (it's tokened to populate the user's email address upon page load) and the entire form is blank. My company is testing out a LinkedIn Live Event for the first time next week. We noticed that you can require registration on LinkedIn to attend the event, but it was a LinkedIn form that asks first name / last name / email. Our Marketo forms contain a lot of hidden ZoomInfo fields that we would be missing if we required registration. However, if we did want to use this event for lead generation purposes, can a LinkedIn Lead Gen form be set up in marketo for the event that does include all necessary fields? I've never used a LinkedIn Lead Gen form so I'm not entirely sure how the process works. Otherwise, if we did not required anyone to fill out a form and they just click "attend" on the LinkedIn event, what might be good ways to promote it for lead gen after the event takes place? Is it possible to create a trigger for [Fills Out Form] with a [Querystring] constraint that if the query string contains {{program.id}}? Or do triggers have trouble activating based on fields and tokens? I tested this a few ways to Sunday with no activation of the trigger and I'm starting to think that {{program.id}} doesn't populate in time or at all for the trigger to activate but, I wanted to confirm if I've missed a process or solution to make this work as intended.

I am installing Marketo Sales Insight to synch email activities from Marketo to Dynamics 365. So will the past email activities that has already been sent through Marketo would be viewed in MS Dynamics 365 after I install MSI?

Hi, Seeking some assistance with the Marketo API. We have a marketo report that shows the following as monthly totals:- Total Emails Sent- Deliverability Rate- Total Opens- Open Rate- Total UnsubscribesI am building a PowerBI report that will be used to combine analytics from multiple platforms, i.e., SproutSocial, GA4, and I'd like to be able to pull in the same data that is in our Marketo report so it's all in one place. Initially I tried to use the Marketo  (beta) connector option that's available in PowerBI - but this seems to only allow me to fetch a single days worth of data, not the monthly totals that I'm after. I have been attempting to do this by extracting "activities" information via the Marketo REST API, based on the functions provided in this article: Excel Integration Part 1: Extract & Shape Marketo Data Using Power Query - Marketo DevelopersI've managed to adapt those functions into PowerQuery/M code to use in PowerBI - but I only manag
