Adobe Marketo Engage

Hi, running into an issue with using the embedded Marketo form. I am using the correct <script> tag but it keeps leading me to a "checksum missing" 400 error. It seems like there is a backend functionality that is messed up somewhere that might be more from the Marketo side than our codebase. Any solutions? 

Hello, We're building integration between Marketo and our own product. The process is once the prospect fills out the marketo form, we'll use the webhook to call our product to set up access for the prospects. Now, we're looking for an unique identifier to push the data from our product back to Marketo to report on their progress of using our product. We're thinking about using SFDC ID as an unique identifier. My engineering team wants to know the API name for the SFDC ID. However, there's no API Name for the SFDC ID that I can find in Marketo. Does anyone know how we can locate the API Name for the SFDC ID? Any other suggestions for an unique identifier? We're not considering email addresses as there might duplicates in the system. Thank you!

Hi all, Has anyone tried to impose a size limit on the number of people that can be brought into Marketo via a list import by users?For example, if the file size is over 50k records I would to import it myself as admin to ensure quality control.Thanks, Tom

I have noticed that certain emails show up as an image carousel in Google Workspace Gmail. It shows an image instead of preview text (section below the email subject) when the email reaches to the inbox. Is there a certain format in which one has to send them for it to work? Can we do this through Marketo? If not what are the alternatives for it? Please suggest some valuable solutions to accomplish this. 

I want to use the Marketo API to display the content of an email message by providing the email ID. I can retrieve the HTML of the message easily, and display that, but I also want to display the values of To:, From:, Subject and Preheader, ex: fromName, fromEmail, subject, preHeader. The only methods I see that have access to these is "Update Email Metadata", "Update Email Content", and "Create Email". Is there an undocumented way to simply read those additional values, or something I'm missing? The goal is to be able to provide a preview of the email body and the other information via a single preview link, rather than having to resort to sending test messages to people we need reviews and approvals from. The existing method of sending links to "view online" versions of the previews also excludes the other values that need review.  Maybe there's a much easier solution? Thanks!

Overview   This Dashboard will provide a view into a customer’s overall average weekly Activity Usage over a 52-week time period. Daily Activity data is aggregated into weekly buckets and presented in an easy to ready bar chart. A custom date range selection will be added in future releases.       It will also provide the ability to hover over a specific week and display a popup text to show the actual count of Activities that specific week.         Average weekly Activities are a good indicator of how much marketing that is being performed as it represents Activity Types which are counted on actions taken against a Marketing Event. Hello,I have some batch campaigns I want to send with one piece of dynamic text that will be unique to each individual. I saw on the dynamic content guide page that it only works for triggered emails, not batch (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/general/functions-in-the-editor/using-dynamic-content-in-an-email). So how else can I get dynamic content in a batch email?

Hi Everyone, We are wondering if it is possible to change the color of the FROM address on our marketing emails so that the recipient will see the from address in a different color, rather than default black text? Hi I’ve created a custom object linked to the email address field, with the employee ID serving as the dedupe field. However, when I import the Excel list into the custom object, only existing contacts in Marketo are being created, while new leads aren’t appearing as records. Is there a way to import these new contacts into the custom object linked field to the email address? Additionally, I need to ensure that a new contact is created in Marketo if it doesn’t already exist. I appreciate your support in achieving this. Also, is there a way to view or export all records of the custom object from Marketo? Thank you!

We currently have a cap in place whereby customers cannot receive more than three marketing emails from us. Is there a way we can see who are not emailed because they have reached this cap?

Hi All, Can someone please assist with a filter/formula for the advanced filter ( see screenshot attached). I want the following: - they must must be a member of list 1AND - they CANNOT be a member of list 2AND- they CANNOT be a member of list 3AND- they CANNOT be a member of list 4AND- they CANNOT be a member of list 5AND - they CANNOT be a member of list 6 List 1 only has 671 people, I want to be sure that everyone in list 1 are not in lists 2 through 6. Right now, this is the filter I have: 1 and (2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6) Currently it says 1,226 people will receive the email, when there are only 671 people in list 1. I just want to be safe and make sure the formula suppresses the correct records.

Hello, all. I am fairly new to Velocity scripting. Our Marketo Custom Objects store multiple fields of Engagement data that users submit through a form. I am trying to access the Product value on any number of Custom Objects/Engagements a lead may have.   When I drag the Product field into the Edit Script Token window it appears like this: ${marketoEngagement_cList.get(0).Product__c}   This will show the most recent value for Product that a lead submitted. I know that I can change the get(0) to get(1) to look at the second most recent, but how do I iterate through all of the potential engagements a lead may have to see the value of Product on each one?   Essentially, what I'm trying to do right now is to check if a particular value exists on any of the Product fields for any of the Custom Objects/Engagements. I will need to do more conditional checks later though, so I don't want to just do this for each one: #set($lastProduct = ${marketoEngagement_cList.get(0).Product_

Hi everyone, Is there a recommended distribution split for Champion Challenger tests? I'm planning to setup a C/C test which will have 1 champion and 2 challenger subject lines for my nurture emails where roughly 20 records will qualify for per cast. Can you help me to identify filters in Marketo Smartlist that show those who has MQL create date year 2023 & 2024 (no matter what is the MQL create date) that no opportunity has been created on the day they become MQLd. Is there anyone who also experience this kind of scenario? I am thinking that it has anything to do with the automation in SFDC because opportunity is automatically being created if they have Mql create date.
