Hello fellow Marketo-ers!We have a few Marketo email templates that created for our company when we first began with Marketo. Both email templates have tons of modules - the issue is that there are some modules I would like to use within a different email template.My knowledge of HTML is cursory, just dangerous enough to break an email template, so an image appears justified left instead of right, for example. I realize that there are portions of code I would need to copy and paste into the email template I want to use (thereby breaking that specific template).Are there any of you (HTML-challenged like I am) that have experience taking a module from one email template and using it in another email template? If so, would you be willing to give me the steps I need to take and what I need to copy and paste to make a module available (and work) within another email template?Any assistance is appreciated!Cheers, Geoffrey

Hi! I've noticed a few webinars that I've registered for, the confirmation email they send me is actually a calendar invite that I can click confirm and it adds the event to my calendar (rather than having to click a link in a confirmation email to then add the event to my calendar). Does anyone know how this is set up? I would love to try it!

I am having issues on a couple of our sites with the Marketo Munchkin code. We are using Google Tag Manager for both sites, which we also use for many of our other sites and they work fine. On these two though I am getting an error in Chrome's console which reads:Uncaught ReferenceError: Munchkin is not defined at <anonymous>:1:1These are the two sites having the issuerapidrecon.comvelocityautomotive.comHas anyone else had this issue and know what might be causing it.

Hello Marketo Community,I've been researching on the topic of text version email tracking and found that in order to have your links tracked in your text version email, the url needs to be surrounded by [[ and ]] like this: [[domain.com/path/page.html]], see this guide on the experience league. I have two follow-up questions on this I'm hoping to get an answer from anyone who had experience with this:As long as it's formatted correctly, that link will show up in my Email link performance report?If so, and if the URL is the same as in my HTML version, how do I know if it's a text version click? If I add an indicator such as "_text " at the end of my cmp code string will it show up in the Email link performance report? Has anyone tried this?Thank you in advance!Lhan

We have a form that has a field set with multiple checkbox lists in it. It formats fine if we have the checkbox labels on the left, but when we select Labels on the right it adds a bunch of random extra spacing between the fields (this happens if we move the fields outside the fieldset as well) I'm assuming I can remove this spacing using custom CSS, but I can't figure out the specific code I need.Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello folks, Quick question on Marketo forms: Couple of forms that have been created under design studio needs to be tested by creating a dummy landing page and adding this form into the landing page to see if leads are getting captured. I specifically need to check if leads are capturing time stamp info.How do I go about this? Since the forms reside under Design studio. Do I have to clone these into "marketing Activities" in order for me to test them? Thanks in advance

Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone else have come across the issue- we have a Marketo form using default value set at form level and when form is submitted the default values are translated to french in form fill activity and database.  Default values set at form level are in english and we do not have custom JS or SSJS on landing page. Any insights will be helpful 

Hi everyone!  I am working on a trigger campaign that sends out an email after contacts visit certain website pages. I know for a simple flow, I would use the "visits web page" trigger-If contacts visit X page(s), within 1 hour they will receive email 1 My question concerns future-proofing this trigger campaign to account for contacts who visit the same web page(s) at a later date. I wouldn't want to send them the same email they received previously. I plan on creating two additional emails for contacts who repeatedly return to these web pages, but I'm wondering what the cleanest way to trigger these additional sends is. Here is a screenshots of what I'm thinking: Any insight is welcome, thanks! 

Hello Marketo Community, I have setup two engagement programs for two different email nurtures. The target audience for both these programs are qualified via daily batch campaigns. The target audience of one program 1 is a subset of the target audience of program 2. Which is why I have suppressed target audience of program 1 from program 2. However, recently both programs received a prospect that qualified for both the programs after their respective batch runs? Please can you help identify the reason for this?

hi all, been a while, can't believe im reopening this can of worms, thought it was setup forever. we've noticed that our onboarding program isnt firing for newly created leads. here's why: we're only sending the welcome email based on data value change: consentemailallowed. so we're going back into test, but i still cannot get the following to trigger based on a new enquiry: so essentially, we've not been onboarding leads properly, but why would the second not be triggering the first welcome email in the flow? the emails are in there just for testing btw. and we will kep the existing campaign and just add this one in if we manage to find the right one for newly created leads. any help much appreciated as always, will pick a best answer if i get one. thanks in advance, Mike 

Hey Community,at my company the HR team would like us to send automated communications to all managers about their new hires and re-hires. It will be a drip sequence of several emails sent out periodically based on the new hire phase, i.e. onboarding, review, trainings, feedback after 3 months, and so on.So if there is a new joiner > send email 1 to their manager with both manager's name and new joiner's name > then send email 2 personalized the same way, and so on.At MktOps we are wondering how we could automate this process by personalizing these emails with manager's name and with their specific new hire's name. These teams = fields are available in Workday > and in Salesforce. But the trick is, this is a 1 to many relationship. So does this mean that we would need to create custom objects for this? Is there a simpler approach to this? I was also thinking about PMCFs / velocity scripting / custom activities such as date stamp that would "tag" the new joiner and tr

Marketo doesn't offer an out-of-the-box feature, like simpler platforms such as Mailchimp, for customising or optimising email send times based on audience metrics or individual engagement. While the A/B test feature for send times offers insights for campaign scheduling, we're exploring automated processes that adjust with each interaction.  We're currently testing an approach using lead scores and webhooks to identify a contact’s most frequent open timeframe and send emails via nested programs based on their allocated timeframe. However, I'm curious to know what strategies others in the Marketo community have tried. Does anyone have experience with deploying effective approaches to automate and update send times for contacts continuously? 

I want to use a form on a webpage outside of Marketo. We need just one form for all countries, but the input labels on the front end should be in the local languages, while the form created in Marketo is in English. Could you please advise on how to achieve this?

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many email programs can be nested within a default program? I've heard something about 1000 assets per program, but not sure if this is accurate or not.
