I realized that all the links to our privacy statement don't work in our nurture program streams. This is about 100 emails. Is there a way to go and fix the one broken link or do I have to go into every email and change them manually? 

Hi,I am using one of the email templates in the design studio and re-fashioning, re-branding.How can I get it so that an admin who creates an email within Marketing Activities & injects the content into the email template can have the ability to turn off/on or hide/show the content sections? The content variables on the right side of the screen for:PreheaderHeaderHeroPhotoLSo on & so forth...FooterTo have that top-level content management system when plugging in the content for the email instead of having everything in there and they manually have to carefully delete all sections they do not need.Please advise how I can do that without affecting or damaging the base template in the design studio as the admin changes out content from campaign to campaign when utilizing that base template.Thank you. 

Hi all, I found this article in Community - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/statistics-section-on-a-marketo-landing-page-asset/ta-p/299879, and was trying to understand how Page Views can be pulled in a Smart List report to see who viewed a Marketo landing page from our database. I tried to pull a Smart List report using a filter "Visited Web Page" with Web Page : contains : landing1.gehealthcare.com/USC-HCD-HCD-RSNA-2024-Health-Imaging-eBlast-COV-GA-24-11-Landing-Page, but I ended up getting no people in my smart list. The page on the Landing Page Statistics section has 3,506 views. Surely, I must be doing something wrong when pulling the report. Kindly help,Dillon

We are looking to implement surveys into our Marketo instance with branching paths and the ability to capture the data into Marketo. Is there a recommended tool or is going the route of building one from scratch or a WordPress plugin on external sites that can integrate within Marketo?  Just looking for best options that others have used and what works best.

Hello folks, Quick question on AB test set up: I have set a simple A/B test for whole emails in an Email Send program which is tied to a CRM campaign code. Now, under the same program, can I create another AB test possibly nesting another email program housed under the main Email Send program in any way? I understand an email program can have one one AB test in it. Please advise. Thanks

We're currently managing a project to merge orphaned records in Marketo within Dynamics. The merge rules and process are set up and managed in Dynamics, and until recently, everything was functioning as expected. However, we've noticed the Possible Duplicates list in Marketo growing exponentially, indicating that the merge process is no longer working correctly.We conducted tests in both Sandbox and Production environments:Sandbox Testing:A test record in Marketo was sent to Dynamics with SyncToMkto set to TRUE.The Marketo record merged with existing Dynamics records, both marked with SyncToMkto as TRUE.The Marketo record was then set to Inactive in Dynamics and deleted from the database.In Marketo, both the Marketo and Dynamics Contacts existed. After a few minutes, only the Dynamics Contact remained.The deleted Marketo Contact was not passed back to the database in Marketo.Result: SUCCESSProduction Testing:A test record in Marketo was sent to Dynamics with SyncToMkto set to TRUE

A member has reported recently not recieving our emails. Upon looking into the users activity log, I saw this message as of last week:   550 spamcop.mimecast.org Blocked - see https://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?199.15.213.53. - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [TY4iEaFyORqMurZxr7nvrg.us277]   The user has stated they have followed whitelisteing instructions. Any other ideas on how we can solve this deliverability challenge?

When we apply Arabic content, preaheader isn't available in pane mode in outlook version as you see below, instead it appears View in browser text. If you include any English word along with Arabic, that English word only appears. We also noticed last part of Subject line appear if you have lengthy subject line ( I assume that is because Arabic letter format)                Please let me know if you have any way to resolve this issue? Hello, We are starting with Interactive Webinar and it mentions that the recording will be available for No Shows after the Webinar has been completed and they click on the Webinar URL.  Would it be possible to amend the recording before this is available to those No Shows or can we download the original version and upload an amended version so the No Show customer would see only the amended version? 

Has something changed or suddenly stopped working with Velocity reading segmentations?  I have a simple script that creates a greeting line based on segmentations. Basically, if you're in one of our physician segments, it says "Dear Dr. (Lastname)", otherwise if your full name isn't blank it says "Dear (Full Name), otherwise it just says "Greetings."  This script was working fine, now suddenly the segmentations aren't being recognized. The script still works because it's moving on to the next condition and displaying full names. But members in the segments aren't being recognized as such. I checked the records I was testing and they are marked as being in the segment. We have the Zoom integration set up on our IT admin's account, and one of our Marketo admins has been enabled in Zoom to create webinars, and they've been working for the integration without issue. We have a new user who we've granted identical permissions in both Zoom (including the Marketo app config) and Marketo, but none of her webinars show as available to sync to programs. We have tried the same with another user to no avail. When our IT admin creates a webinar in his own account, that immediately shows up as available. We have gone through the documentation and can't seem to identify and causes for this issue, and we have also re-authenticated the integration in launchpoint. Hi,I recently created a multi-step form in Marketo that we embedded externally in our AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) web platform by adding three parameters into a fragment modal (form id, munchkin id, form url).While our other forms display accurately, the multi-step seems to cache or is perhaps, not loading.Wondering if you can see why this is happening and/or if there is an easy fix, @sanfordwhiteman? The form shows up for a first visit and not a second, but then resolves over time and displays once again. If you switch browsers, you may or may not see the form display on the first visit. A hard refresh or using an incognito page, fixes the issue sometimes. The text links in the email pick up mkt_tok just fine. Hi All, We are trying to capture the user details in two different pages, so we used two different forms. For this scenario we have followed the below process. 1) When the 1st form get submitted we passed the email address in the form.onSuccess -> location.href = "2nd_Form_LP_url.html?email ="+emailAddress.  2) Then in 2nd Form LP, we used the JS to capture the email values from URL and stored it in hidden field. So the 2nd form field values will saved against to same email address in DB.   But we need to avoid passing the email address in URL and store the 2nd form field values in Marketo DB. Kindly share your feedback and is there any other solution to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

On a recent Marketing Nation thread, a developer had questions about the Get Folders API endpoint, one of Marketo’s paginated endpoints that returns folders in batches of (up to) 200:   While paging through /rest/asset/v1/folders.json using the offset parameter, we are seeing duplicate folder ids in later pages that were returned in earlier pages.e.g. with a maxReturn=200 and offset=0, we get folder id 130 in the results. Then with the same maxReturn=200 and offset=200, we again get folder 130 in the results. A brief moment of 😵‍ is understandable, but this behavior makes perfect sense.   See, each page is computed upon request. There’s no pre-computed result set containing all pages as of a point in time. (More on this in the notes.) I'm trying to setup a basic email confirmation flow using segmentation to control language and tokens to control unique landing page links.As a user I recieve an email that says "please confirm your email address"I click a button that says "please confirm your email address" and I'm redirected to a landing page. The landing page contains a personalised link to my email preference center.I have an email that uses segmentation to control dynamic content. Email content is displayed in the correct language based on the segment the user belongs to. This all works fine. If I have a German lead, the German lead gets the email with German language content. All good so far. The email, "please confirm your email address", links to a Marketo landing page, "thanks for confirming your email address" which should exhibit the same dynamic content behavior for language display AND pull a single token from the lead record to customise one link on the landing page "view your email preference center".I'v
