Hi Team, I would like to understand the impact of modifying the smart lists in existing programs with the list of people exported from RTCDP.Initially everything was configured in Marketo, but now the audience is exported from RTCDP to Marketo and I would like to understand the nuances around updating the existing programs/campaigns.  Any guidance here or links to existing articles will help me here! I'm building an email program and wanted feedback where and if I can set things up better.  In an attempt to minimize the number of email sends we have in our instance, I've been attempting to build an email program that new members cycle through and exit every month while the content stays the same. This way, cloning this email program is no longer necessary.  This is a series of three emails that go out one month apart from the last. The recipient list is sourced externally and sent to me as a .csv. Since the content in the emails stays the same (the emails themselves are perfectly static), I want to upload the .csv into a static list, have the series of emails run for each of the members, and then have these members are removed from the program so they cannot run through again.  The way I have things set up at the moment is this: Smart Campaign 1: 1. Member of List: Static List Import2. Member of Program: false, program is: this program/ 

Hi all, Apologies if this has been discussed before—I couldn’t find anything via search. Is there a way to set communication limits at the account level? For example, if we have 100 contacts at Company ABC and are sending an email but want to limit it to only 5 recipients from that company, is there a built-in way to do this? Or would this need to be handled through Smart List filtering? Thanks!

Hi Team,We’ve encountered an issue with the form checkboxes in one of our pages and would appreciate your help in resolving it.Here’s the scenario:We have used the same form in two different elements on the page.In the top element, the form checkboxes are working perfectly fine.However, in the bottom element, the form checkboxes are not working.Also, sometimes the form got duplicated and shown under the original formWe’ve tried isolating the issue by keeping only the bottom element on the page, but the checkboxes still don’t function as expected. Interestingly, the same form works correctly when embedded in the top element.Additional details:The checkboxes are added with customized styling.We’ve checked for duplicate IDs, missing classes, and potential JavaScript/CSS conflicts, but the issue persists.Could someone please take a look and help us identify the root cause? Hello!We're working on a campaign that would assign email personalization (From Address, Body Copy, etc) to one of three representatives.In theory how it would work is:Lead qualifies for Campaign and enters Flow StepsChange Data Value step randomly assigns a score of 1-3 to a Custom Field (So Random Sample at 33% across 3 choices)Velocity scripting takes field score and outputs Representative information on email sent out same dayMy question is if this is the best way to handle this, especially in possibilities where there may only be 1 qualifying Lead on some days without having to send to a list and wait for more than one potential Recipient?

When I pull into my smart list the Triggers, Added to SFDC Campaign or Status was Changed in SFDC Campaign, there are a few different constraints listed. I see a "Type" constraint. Does anyone know if Type refers to SFDC Type (lead, contact) or is it Campaign Type? Also, any ideas on how we could enable this trigger or filter to look for Campaign Type = XXX where we can specify the campaign type in SFDC.

Hi,I would like to check the access status of each page on the website where the Munchkin tracking code is embedded.One way would be to use the web page activity report, but is there any way to see it on a page-by-page basis instead of on a lead-by-lead basis?Also, I read in the help page that I can drill down from the “page views” column of the web page activity report to check the list of pages accessed by lead unit, but I can't seem to drill down as shown in the attachment. What could be the cause?

TLDR There is no major impact to the MSI experience with the upcoming Locale format change from JDK to ICU. However, you may see an error in MSI because some of the API versions are out of date. The errors you are receiving with the MSI package are because is because it might be using an API version older then 45. The latest MSI package (2.6) uses API version 50, upgrading to this package will resolve the errors.   Salesforce is deprecating the JDK Locale Formats and forcing a migration to the ICU Locale Formats with the Spring '25 Salesforce update. However, if the Salesforce instance contains Apex classes, Apex Triggers and Visualforce pages that don't meet the minimum required API version 45.0, the administrator will receive an error message saying the upgrade has not completed fully and that ICU locale formats will not be enabled.   The MSI package 1.9 contains Apex classes below this API version, and therefore customers with this installed will receive the error m

Our Marketo and Litmus is in sync. We are using Litmus tracking codes for some additional tracking of our emails send through Marketo. We want to use same tracking code for a particular Marketo program having multiple email sent. So, we want to use custom parameters to differentiate the individual emails. What parameter or field could we use from Marketo under that and in what format do we need to put it there. Also, could we add multiple parameters and how do we separate them (i.e. using a + or & sign). Attached is the image for reference.Thanks

So I am investigating Engagement Programs to replace our standard nurture programs. I have been researching how they work and have run into a couple questions. As an example, our nurtures are built as Smart Campaigns. We pull people in with triggers such as a person status change, then setup 5-8 emails that flow using wait steps. We also remove people from the flow if for example their status changes, becomes a customer, etc. What I have run into with Engagement programs, is that they seem to flow without any steps to remove someone. Is it possible to setup something to remove them from the program? The transition rules seem to work as a way to move people from one stream to another, which is beneficial for moving someone from say a BOFU campaign to a MOFU campaign, but I am not seeing how to remove someone from the BOFU by itself. Just curious if I am missing something obvious.

Hello! I was wondering if someone can help me with this question. So I sent out an email, let's say the criteria for this is Region Segment is APAC and the Job segment is: Bakers and let's say the total send list size for this is 10 people (making this up) And let's say I am sending another email with the same criteria except Region and Job segment is default and the total send list size for this is 50. But if I combine these two together, so Region is APAC and Default And Job Segment is Bakers and Default, the number is much higher like, 100 (also made up but the difference is significantly larger).  Is this normal? I would think that the number will be 60 since all I am doing is adding in the an extra value but this seems like a huge jump

hi everyone, I have an issue with a trigger in a smart campaign where I chose "Email bounces" as trigger to send a different email to those for whom the original email was bounced. The reason for the bounce was that a colleague used an email from a non-approved domain, so we fixed the issue and wanted to send it only to those for whom it had bounced. But somehow it doesn't do anything. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Our email template uses a number of drop down menus - which are super helpful - however, a HEX code doesn't really mean much to a number of users. I haven't really spotted anything that allows me to have a displayed value (e.g. Orange) that, when selected, applies the relevant stored variable when selected (e.g. #F3632D).So, my question is - is it possible to set up display/store picklist values within the variables section on a module, and if so, how can it be done?

We use Marketo to run email campaigns and most of our users are enterprise users. Most of them have enterprise level systems like barracuda.com, microsoft defender etc. Now whenever these spam detection tools go in and check for spam/malicious links we get the following problems1. Click-through-rate goes up even when there are not actual clicks.2. Open-rates goes up even when there are not actual opens. Is it possible we add certain IP's we've identified during the audit to exclude from CTR/Opens? If so we'd like to keep updating this list regularly as well.
