Can someone please point me in the direction of where definition for the below fields are please? I'm getting opposite results and I'm a bit confused on what the reason could be (e.g. Opt-out is false and Opt-In is false or Email Opt Out is false and Opt-In By Email is No Consent)  

Hi,We have created a custom field for LinkedIn lead gen forms and are trying to map it in Marketo, but the field isn’t showing up in the Marketo (Launchpoint) Lead Gen field mappings. The support team advised us to verify permissions, and we have confirmed that all required permissions on the LinkedIn ad account are in place.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Are there any specific steps or documentation available for properly mapping LinkedIn custom fields from lead gen forms into Marketo? Any guidance on the integration or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi folks, our team noticed an issue yesterday (5/21) where confirmation emails are not being sent post form submission. We have not made any changes that would change email send functionality. Is anyone else also experiencing this issue of deliverability? 

I'm having an issue where the munchkin tracking that was installed on two domains isn't working on the second domain. I've confirmed that web page activity with munchkin works on the primary domain via the web page activity report. I'm able to see where people navigate from the primary domain to the secondary domain, but I'm not seeing any web page activity for the second domain (or utm values we've been using in the emails to click on the second domain). I read another post on this topic and I think we need to update the scripts on both domains to use an iframe and point from the first domain to the second in javascript, is this correct? Also found this article here which seems to have provided a solution: https://purplemeup.substack.com/p/maximizing-munchkin-tracking-across

I have an engagement program, which has two streams. In one stream i want to send people an email every 3 months, and in another i want to send people an email every 6 months, however i want people to enter each stream monthly and then the wait time is respective to them receiving the first email. Looking at the program cadence it looks like what I set for one i set for all, so it i set the cadence to 6 months, people will only receive the first email every 6 months, based on a specific date, rather than them being added. Is there a way to achieve what i want without having to build smart campaigns with pauses for every email? I'd prefer that each email is sent at a specific date every month, with the first instance going out monthly, and then the next ones to either be 3 months or 6 months from that first email, but the wait time/pause time is tripping me up.

Has anyone faced this before or knows how to resolve it?Error:"Failed merging lead in Salesforce due to "Error: insufficient access rights on cross-reference id". The Marketo sync user does not have the needed permissions on the cross-referenced objects to successfully complete this operation. Please correct this. Hello Community, I'm looking to export leads from the Marketo database. According to the documentation, there's an API that allows exporting leads created within a specific month. However, I'm wondering if there's an alternative way to retrieve all leads. Can anyone share how I can conduct an A/B test on full emails when they are built with snippets? I am currently in the process of making some changes to content in one of our active nurture programs.  One of the changes that has been requested is to flip flop the order of emails 4 and 5 in a particular stream. My initial thought was to just swap the priority of the programs so that offer 5 would come before 4 but now i'm not sure if that's the best solution. 1) If someone was sent email 5 before the swap, then the order is changed, would they receive email 4 again in the next cast or move on to email 6? Our email send campaigns only allow people to flow through once, so I don't believe they would be sent email 4 again but thought i'd confirm. 2) If someone is sent email 4 and then I swap the order of the email programs so that 5 comes before it, would they receive email 5 in the next cast since they have not been sent it yet?  Or, would they just move on to offer 6?  Any insights, advice or solutions on how to execute this change would be greatly appr

I am doing an audit of our forms for consolidation. I am trying to figure out how specific fields are performing and would love to know if there is a way to do that in Marketo. Basically I want to know how many times a field has been filled out on a form.

I'm currently deleting leads in Marketo to reduce our database size, so we don't go over our contract limit. I've deleted over 1000 leads and yet the number on the database dashboard hasn't changed. I deleted these leads a few hours ago and have refreshed the dashboard multiple times.Has anyone experienced this before and could this just be a visual error that takes time to update?

Hi folks,I'm trying to send an email to a decent sized list of users with some dynamic content from a CSV inserted in a table with 3 columns. The 3 columns are the same across all the emails but the values in the rows will be different and while some users might have 1 entry I have some that have 10+ entries. I have the CSV with the users email and IDs and the data I want to inject, is there a way to do this so that each user gets only their own entires from the CSV at scale? Thanks!

Good morning, fellow Marketo-ers.I am building a program to reach new customers who have opened an account with us. The program will send a welcome email to someone who became a new customer AND opened an account within 24-48 hours. The two filters I need to use are Person was Created and Client Since Date.As this program will look at data input from our daily API push to Marketo, what is the best way to apply yesterday’s date to the two filters I mentioned?Any help or advice is appreciated.Cheers

Looking for some insight. We were recently hitting customer inboxes at 100% in Gmail, there's been a sudden nosedive to 50% of our emails hitting inboxes. We send from a dedicated IP that is DMARC Compliant, and we are on no Block Lists. We are one-click unsubscribe compliant as well, and all of our sends are from monitored inboxes (no noreply). What could be the cause for the sudden drop? We aren't hitting inboxes for Outlook either - but that has been an ongoing issue that we're trying to resolve with them.
