I have created an email and used a subject line as well. Is there any way that subject line will be visible in the browser also?

 Is it possible to use an online version of a deployed email in a different email CTA?Will this work in every email client and with that CTA tracking?

I am trying to get an alert for when a particular form is submitted a certain number of times. Ex: after 10 form submissions I know to take the form down as we would have reached max capacity for an event initiative.Essentially, I'm trying to think through if there is a new custom field that could be created that would incrementally update when a new form submission comes in, then when it reaches the max total, a flow is triggered.

Hello! With our company's latest Marketo renewal, we've added the "Deliverability Tools" functionality to our account. Could someone please share best practices and instructions on using this? The only tutorial I've seen is this one, and it doesn't really show how to set it up to even get to that point.  FYI - when I click Deliverability Tools, it directs me to this page and here's the screenshot of what I am seeing. It looks like we still need to set up the first profile, which I have no idea yet how to do. Any (all) information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 

Hi Team, We have a requirement regarding our approach to new contacts gathered from tradeshows or lists. Instead of immediately integrating them into our standard marketing efforts, we prefer to initiate a warm-up campaign. Once these contacts engage with us, we can then transition them into our regular marketing streams. To facilitate this, we plan to utilize an engagement program that allows us to manage these contacts at a streamlined level, enabling us to enter and exit them as needed. I conducted some tests with a few sample contacts to evaluate how the program functions. I found that while it's straightforward to add contacts to the program, the process of removing or pausing them requires clarification. Specifically, if I want to exit someone from the program, should I remove them entirely, or would pausing them within the cadence suffice? Hi - My company is implementing a cookie consent solution. I know it affects web and form tracking if the user declines cookie tracking. Does is affect any behavioral tracking for emails?  For example, if a known record, opens or clicks an email, will the Munchkin Code still track that behavior if they decline cookies? Thanks.

I’ve started exploring the new Salesforce Sync Backlog Dashboards in Marketo, and while the Adobe documentation is a solid starting point, I'm curious about how others are using them.Some questions on my mind:Are you using these dashboards to monitor and resolve sync issues proactively?Have they changed how you prioritize what gets pushed into Salesforce?In complex environments, especially with high lead volumes or heavy API usage, backlogs can be a silent killer for velocity. I’d love to hear how others are implementing these insights or if you're still figuring out where they fit!

We have an existing Marketo program to trackcontact us form submissions from our website, using the contact us channel with defined statuses. Leads filling out this form are added to the program and synced to a matching Salesforce campaign. Now, we want to track submissions coming through the same contact us form but with a specific UTM parameter (utm_campaign = special_offer) in a separate Marketo program. We’ve created a new SFDC campaign for this. To implement this, we’ll create a new Marketo program (by cloning the existing program) and add a smart campaign triggered by form fills that include the specific UTM in the query string. This campaign will update the program status and sync the lead to the new Salesforce campaign. We’ll also update the original contact us program to exclude leads with the special_offer UTM, so they don’t get added to both programs. Does this sound like the right approach, or am I missing anything?

I am one of those geeks that will keep an eye on Marketo's release notes to see what new and exciting features are about to go live. Especially with all the announcements for this year that is well worth paying attention to. I was getting a little frustrated though that the dates mentioned were not what I was seeing in Marketo, so I dove into this a little bit. Here's what is good to be aware of if you are like me, eager to get your hands on it as soon as you can: The release schedule has increased frequency. New releases are published once a month instead of once a quarter. I think that is really nice. The date that is announced is the date that features technically are pushed to the production environment. There is a catch with that one. Features that have been pushed to production will first be rigorously quality assessed by the technical team before they are enabled for users. That can take longer for one feature than for the next, which is why you will see the features appear one

Has anyone dealt with a situation where the wrong form is being submitted when people register for something on your website? We have seen both of the following:-One form is submitted from a specific referrer and it is not the form on that referring page-Two forms are submitted at the same time. One of the forms is the correct form and the other form is incorrect. My sense is that this is an issue with Contentful, our CMS, but they haven't offered much assistance in investigating the issue, so I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else has seen something similar. We haven't been able to replicate it and I can only learn so much when digging into individual Marketo person records once we see someone has been affected by this. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Adobe is planning to release a new IP-based user access restrictions feature in the Adobe Admin Console (AAC) on September 25, 2025. Looking for some help understanding something that I can't figure out from available docs and past discussions on the topic. Can someone please clarify the following? 1) When you use the referrer constraint with a Fills Out Form trigger, is the "Referrer" the page the form is embedded on?  2) What part of the Fill Out Form activity in a person's activity log is equivalent to the Referrer constraint from the trigger? Is the "Referrer URL" (listed between "Query Parameters" and "Client IP Address")? 3) What is the "_mktoReferrer" field listed under Form Fields on the Fill Out Form activity in a person's activity log? Sometimes, this value is different from the Referrer URL. This_mktoReferrer URL plays no part in the Referrer constraint, correct?  Just trying to figure out what is the best constraint to leverage with our global forms used on multiple pages. I've built an email where most of the content is generated inside of a script token. This token uses a For Loop (and information from the customer's profile) to generate a bunch of CTA's that the customer can click on. This all works fine; I just needed to explain that the For Loop inside the token is vital to the email's construction.Here's the problem: The CTA's created inside of this loop needs to pass the customer's Marketo ID as a way to identify them(something like "website.com/?mID=(Marketo  ID"). I found that I can drop {{Lead.ID}} straight into the email body and it will display the number no problem. However, using that same code inside a token doesn't work. The result is "website.com/?mID={{Lead.ID}}".Next I tried declaring it as a variable inside of a token. I check the box next to "Marketo ID", wrote "#set( $m_ID = ${lead.marketoID}) at the top of my token, and then wrote the URL into the token as "website.com/?mID=${m_ID}." Hi all, what is the difference between Referrer and Web Page as constraints on the fills out form trigger?We have been using the trigger Fills Out Form (ID 0000) with the constraint Web Page is (www.abc.xyz) for over a year without any major issues. However, we discovered last week that two of these triggers were failing to qualify leads consistently. There were 100+ leads who sat in Marketo without qualifying for these two triggers they were supposed to qualify for. Meanwhile, another 100+ leads were qualifying for these two triggers without any issue. There was no difference in their behaviors or form fill out activity, so our team was stumped and Marketo support was stumped. The official Marketo support suggestion is to swap the trigger constraint to Referrer is (www.abc.xyz) instead of Web Page.
