Hello,   We have a program in marketo that tracks registrations on a lading page. I would like to know if it is possible to send an alert or email to someone when we reach a certain number of registrations, for instance, 300 registrations?   We though about doing this way: Do you think this would work?   Thank you! 🙂

Question: In the webform builder, when using Advanced Thank You Page logic, is there a way to have 2 fields to both simultaneously need specific criteria in order for a specific Thank You Page to appear?Theoretical example: Right now my webform logic dictates "If Product Interest = Product A, send them to Thank You Page A"I want the logic to say "If Product Interest = Product A, AND Company Size > 1000, send them to Thank You Page B"   Is something like this doable? We have an existing form that has been running for some time. We would like the lead and a subset of the information to be captured in Marketo as well. So, we set up a background or parallel submission with a Marketo form – which is working fine. We would also like to enable recaptcha for the Marketo form, as all of our processes trigger off of successfully passing recaptcha.    The issue comes in when I enable recaptcha on the Marketo form. As soon as I enable recaptcha the background submission stops working. When I disable the recaptcha it begins working again. Does anyone know if it is possible to use recaptcha with a parallel submission?

How can we see the Web Visits(Web Activity) based on Account names in Marketo? 

I imported a list of people who registered for an event, only that when I was mapping the fields (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, etc...) I forgot to import the "notes" field referring to people.   Is it possible to import this list again and add this field to the program or am I duplicating people?   Thank you!

Hi,   I just tried one of my emails to check the spam score and it's showing a -3 negative score.    It identified a Javascript tag which could be dangerous, but I'm not sure why is there and if it can be removed. <script type="text/javascript"> Mkto.validateField = function(fld) { return true; } </script> It looks like a validation for a form, but this is an email. Do you guys know what is it and if it can be removed?   I want to avoid being filtered into the junk/spam folder.

 I have 50 people at a time who have completed a training course and want to send out certificates in  Marketo email.   Each certificate will be personalised with person's name and date completed.   I can create and host the PDF certificates in WebDam with a unique URL.   Can we match the URL link of the certificate using the person's name and add in the email?   Maybe tokens? Custom field in list upload?   Unless adding attachments with Marketo emails is coming soon?  

Hi,When sending LinkedIn Sponsor InMail to a known individual you targeted from Marketo (via AdBridge audience match), should you expect to see their opens/clicks within that InMail come back to that Marketo person record as some sort of social activity?? or would that happen only if person subsequently fills out a form...LinkedIn Lead Gen form or Marketo page/form?I've crawled through the documentation both in Marketo and LinkedIn and can't seem find a definitive answer...hope I'm missing something obvious here.Thanks,Sean

Has your favorite data analysis tool recently deprecated its connector to Marketo Engage? Worry not, you can use the Marketo REST API yourself to automatically export data from Marketo including data on system and custom Activities.   This blog post assumes the reader is already familiar with using the Marketo REST API including setting up a custom service in the LaunchPoint section of the Admin console, and then using those credentials to obtain a Bearer Token with the necessary permissions to use the Bulk Export functionality. Once that is complete, it's a simple 3-step process to get your Activity data exported.   Use the Create Export Activity Job endpoint to specify your parameters and get the job setup. You will need to indicate which Activities that you want to export by their ID values. How do I get to this screen?     

Hi Everyone,   On all of our Marketo forms we will have a field called 'Lead Source Most Recent' and in most of the cases it will be hard-coded with a static value (for instance the value could be Email (or) LinkedIn, etc) and the field by itself is a hidden field within the form. The issue with this approach is that whenever a lead fills out a form and no matter where they are coming from, their Lead Source Most Recent will always be the static value that was assigned to it at the form level. Now, the paid media team wants it to be channel specific depending upon where the response is coming from. So if the lead is coming from Google search then the 'Lead Source Most Recent' needs to say something like 'Organic Search' or if the lead is coming from LinkedIn side then the 'Lead Source Most Recent' needs to say 'LinkedIn'.   What is the best way to implement this? Please advise.

Hello,   I have a Marketo Date token in my event program. If I select a date from the Calendar as "April 27, 2023", it shows as "2023-04-27" in my email. Can I make the date to show as "April 27, 2023" or at least "Apr 27, 2023" in my email?   Thanks, Yavor

Hey everyone,    I'm pretty new in email automation and would really need some help in regards to AB testing whole emails.   I'm working on an abandoned cart campaign where I'm AB testing 2 same mails with different sales (10% off and 15% off). I set it up in half (50% champion /50% challenger) and set up my reports to be sent every 3 weeks as to check progression.    Since the start of the campaign (December 2022), I've received no reports in regards to email performances (realized it a bit late I know) and I've been trying to get them straight from Marketo but I actually have no idea where.    Any help would be much appreciated!  Thank you!

We consistently send around 5-6 million emails per month, and have done so for years. However we only have 8 unsubscribed customers where the unsubscribe reason contains "Customer Complaint Received from ISP" (or even just the word "complaint") per the knowledgebase article below:   https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/feedback-loops-fbl/ta-p/248685   While I'm confident in our general content, segmentation and list hygiene practices, this still seems highly unlikely. What is Self Service Flow Step (SSFS)? Functionality released by Marketo Engage Product to integrate external web services with Smart Campaigns. In other terms – an enhanced version of Webhooks.   SSFS allows you to design and deploy custom flow actions as web services, that can be used directly by Marketo Smart Campaigns. SSFS is designed for Marketo users that want to build deeper integrations with Marketo Smart Campaigns.
