All top level assets (emails, landing page templates, etc.) have a toggle at the bottom of the screen to go back to the old experience – which allows you to mass approve the assets after a template/snippet has been edited and moved the asset back to draft mode.  Except for landing pages.  We have thousands of landing pages that need to be approved and doing 30 at a time is not possible.  How do I display the old experience for Landing Pages?    

I've had an issue come up several times in the past couple days, so I thought I would blog it out for use in the future. So, you have Salesforce with some records that are not synced to Marketo.  Over on the Marketo side, one of those SFDC-record people fills out a Marketo form and enters the Marketo database.  Now you have two records for the same person, and they aren't synced.  Marketo will try to push the not-actually-new record to Salesforce, but if you have duplicate suppression in Salesforce, SFDC will reject it.  So what do you do?   Because I'm inclined to silliness, I'm going to personify these records as Mr. Salesforce and Ms. Marketo, star-crossed lovers who we need to unite.  How do we bring them together?  Since Salesforce is clearly not having this duplicate situation, we have to get both members of the couple into Marketo, who is much less fussy about such things.  To do this, we need to make Mr. Salesforce's record visible to the

Hi, So in an bold attempt to clone some of the cool webform functionality our webdevelopers created we have the field label actually moving into the top of our form. Super cool off course. But the challenge is when you enter in some information and move to the next field the label drops back down again 😮   We tried to create some script to make Marketo change the value but it doesn't seem to react at all.Perhaps we are using the wrong approach here so really curious if any of the bright minds has some magic script to help fix this. We have Salesforce synced with Marketo Engage. In Salesforce, the leads that come from Marketo are going into the system as blank. This is only happening on to the Marketo leads, so I assume there is something I need to fix on the Marketo admin side. Any advice as to how I can have proper lead attribution between the two systems?

Within people performance reporting is there a way to build a lead scoring report that shows "within x amount of days we saw x leads convert to MQL"? setting this up as a monthly set it and forget it report. What I have so far: Our threshold being a score of 80 I also wanted to track the lead score journey month over month. I created 3 smartlists 0-24, 25-79, 80+ Here's what I have for my setup:  The report looks like this:   What am I missing here?

Hello Everyone, We are using webhooks to send SMS from Marketo. Would like to know the approach being followed in other organizations on below.1. How the emoji's are being used in SMS content, when Text Tokens are used for content? 2. If an instance have more than 20+ workspaces, and each workspace have 20+ SMS campaigns, how it is handled?  3. Is there any other possibility than creating multiple webhooks and tokens? 4. Any suggestions / easier way for sending multiple campaigns from multiple workspaces?Please let me know your suggestions.

Is there any way to populate Marketo Custom Activities Field to Lead Fields? Below is a screenshot of fields that I have under Custom Activities in Marketo. The values in these fields are only visible by going to the Activity Log and clicking on the individual activity. Is there any way to populate the values from these fields, let's say, ConversationURL, to a Lead field, so I can use it as a token, be able to export it, etc?Thank you,Iraj

Hello there!   I've got a {{lead.Email}} in my database. We send out emails to our leads with an links, and the href for the anchor tags contain the email address as a URL query parameter like so- ... <a href="https://abc.domain.com/route?email={{lead.Email}}">My Cart</a> ...   We've observed a problem with this- some leads enter their email with a + sign, and this sign remains intact in the URL (it should ideally be parsed into a %2B in the URL). I'm new to my company and trying to figure something out. We have a contract vendor that's created a UTM stamping function for us based on form fills/links/email clicks (on a priority system). This information is desired to have in SFDC, so they created synced fields on the Lead/Contact objects for this.However, the stamping function is slow - so much so that we have had to turn of the Program level SFDC Sync in order to let the UTM stamping function finish updating before the SFDC sync happens, in order to get the information across correctly.The vendor is telling us that all of this - including the smart campaign driven, "manual" SFDC sync - is best practice, and I'd like community input on this, as well as if there are better solutions out there for capturing UTM Tracked Medium/Source values. Thanks for any insight!

Hi everyone, I just ran a rather large number of test leads through a smart campaign that executes a series of executable campaigns. When looking at the campaign queue, I could only see the parent smart campaign processing through the lead list - none of the executable campaigns seemed to appear. Can someone confirm whether executable campaigns are supposed to appear in the campaign queue? If not, is there somewhere else I can see their processing status? Thanks!

We have a direct integration of Marketo and salesforce, recently we added a lead in salesforce but that lead is not showing or flowing in to the marketo. what could be reasons or error the leads are not showing in marketo. Please help us with solution.
