Our company relocated a little while ago. When we updated the address in our email templates, we noticed that the changes were applied to new emails using the templates, but when we approved older emails using the templates, the address was not changed. The problem seems to be that address is within a mktEditable or Editable class <div> tag.   In a post shared with me by Marketo Support, it said I could dissociate the HTML from the mktoEditable class, so that the update can be made across all our emails, however, in another document (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/marketo-success-series-email-templates/ba-p/314007) it was pointed out that: "only text that has been defined in a mktoText module will carry over into the text version of your email. This means if you have items in places such as your footer that you want to have show up in the text version by default, you will need to make it an editable area even if you have no plans to edit something like your corp

Hello, Community members!   I am trying to add a Rich Text field in a Marketo form using API but it's throwing "System error" code 611. The content type used is multipart/form-data. Below is the body content (syntax similar to that described on developers.marketo.com).   Also, can we add JavaScript code to the Rich Text field using API? I don't suppose that anyone has completely clean code for the Marketo Guided Landing Page Template. I needed to change mine as the 'http://' that were appearing all needed to be changed to https:// for things like bootstrap to work properly. I feel like I must have inadvertently added or removed something I shouldn't have as I'm having issues with getting check boxes to appear. Foolishly, I didn't take a clean copy before amending! We utilize an internal CRM and have set up a sync through a third party SFTP process. We are having difficulty showing our sales team activity and the journey of their leads (web, email, etc.). Has anyone else encountered this challenge?   Would be great if we could utilize an iFrame highlighting the activity panel of a contact - but that seems to be blocked on the Marketo side.

We have external developers creating a microsite for us but for some reason the Marketo forms we've created for them are not redirecting to the ungated version of the site and instead just display a thank you message, even though the form is set to redirect. I'm guessing there's a conflict with some other code on the site they've created but is anyone able to see what it may be from this link? Thanks

Hello is it possible to use the report feature to track an id from an <a> tag? I know that if I were to add a link inside a rich text editor, I was able to add an ID of a link (based on this post) and it would capture the ID in a report. Then I was able to filter the data based on that ID.   Now I want to do this to a button made from an <a> tag. I want to know if it's possible to send an email to individuals who are new additions to our Marketo database exactly 1 week after being added. Additionally, I'd like guidance on how to configure this setup: Here's the scenario: We have a group of people who come into our database by downloading a whitepaper through a Marketo form after clicking on a LinkedIn advertisement. It's important to note that we use the same form for existing contacts, who also receive the whitepaper offer through email. How can I effectively manage this situation and ensure that only new contacts receive this particular follow-up email?

I have created some velocity script for an event program I am creating so that I can display the multiple sessions someone registers for in one autoresponder. It is working, although it is indenting when the values show in the email. Hi everyone, due to the planned maintenance in the data center our Marketo instance is hosted, we received a question from our client. They would like to know which error message is shown, if an embedded Marketo form is requested from the Marketo server which is not avaialble during the request. I could not find any information in the script loaded on the website. Is there anyone who can provide the message or a screenshot? Or is nothing shown because the scripts can also be not loaded? Reason for that request is the maintenance note which was send to us containing following line:  "Landing Pages and Forms – Landing pages and forms will be inaccessible and, instead, error messages will be displayed. Hi All,   My customer is using a Marketo form which has Email address field (Data type = Email) without any custom validation on it. The issue is when I am using this form on Marketo Landing page, it is not allowing me to enter email address with "@gmail.com", @yahoo.com etc, and throwing an error "Please enter valid email address". I have checked the form validation rules and it's inactive and disabled at the form level as well. It seems like this rule is set at the backend but I am not able to cross check it (if any). Could you please let me know what could be the solution to tackle this issue and make my form field to accept all the domains ?

Hello Marketo Community -    I have an engagement program that consists of three streams (Awareness, Consideration, and Decision).    We are launching without the Awareness content as it's still being planned.    My question is, will the Awareness stream still be my default stream in this case? I just want to make sure that I don't need to remove the 'Change Engagement Program Stream' in the Consideration stream. To start, only engaged members will start on the Consideration Stream.       

We need to send to many customers (business customers) with the same email address in the same campaign. The data is coming from various APIs going to a single list but Marketo de-dupes and only one of the business accounts. We have several instances and many partitions. ideally, we would like to be able to send dupes in only one partition.

Hello!   I am working on a project where a client has two instances of Marketo and one is brand new and I am working on the admin set up tasks. They would like to use the same From Domain across both instances, example.company.com. My understanding is that this is not advised as an alias value is only allowed to appear once per DNS zone. Is my understanding correct? Would the best course of action be to have them establish a different domain for the new instance? Thank you.
