Hi  I need help in understanding how Marketo generates report for Landing page. I have an existing Landing Page, now my client wants me to create a new Landing Page with different Template and use the existing landing page URL. If I used existing URL for newly created Landing Page and try to generate report by the end of the quarter, will I get 2 reports for old and new landing page separate.?  Please give me a solution for this situation where I can get single report. Hi, I am trying to pull Marketo static list data to Google Sheets with the help of Google App Script. However, I have observed only 300 records are getting pulled from Marketo. Can someone help me to find a solution for this issue? Hello! We are creating forms and landing pages in Marketo for our unsubscribe and preference center. Our "Unsubscribed" field for the lead is a checkbox in Marketo and on our form and it is auto-filling correctly from the lead Unsubscribed value and retaining the value from the lead each time we visit the form from the link. We have other categories of emails we ask users to set their preference for. Yes/No/Unknown in Marketo but we want to display them as a checkbox on the form (unchecked=no and checked=yes, unknown hidden) When a user updates the checkbox on the form, the correct value flows to the lead in Marketo but when accessing the form a 2nd or 3rd time from an unsub link in our email, the value is not auto-filling to the right value that is in Marketo, always gets set to unchecked (No). We have auto-fill enabled on the three levels but not sure what we are doing wrong and want to know how we can get the checkbox to auto-fill to the correct value. Thank you!  

Hello all. We are looking to create a lenghty form to place on our AEM website. As we don't want to create additional Marketo fields, we are thinking of using AEM forms instead and have the submissions feed into Marketo. But we are not sure if we can do a many-to-one mapping. We would like most fields to map to only one field in Marketo (including the questions).For example, we would have the following questions on the AEM form:Q1: What is you favorite color?A: BlueB: RedQ2: What is your favorite season?A: SummerB: SpringIf I fill in the form and I choose for Q1 answer A and for Q2 answer B, the information would be passed to only one field as follows:What is you favorite color? Hi team, hope you are doing well. Which is the best approach to deal with bad data in regards to emailing? Is there any Marketo feature we can use to identify and delete dummy emails? Such as asspda@osijd.com.   From my side I investigated and found that we should export leads, validate dns from email provider and then hit the API to delete those but not sure if it is the best appraoch.   Thanks.

We want to disallow CRM users from editing emails in Sales Insights to prevent changes within the template, but is it possible for users to add a note above the templated email to personalize the mailing?

Hello Marketo people. Has anyone had success with implementing a feedback component which allow recipients to give feedback on the email they received -AKA "Did you find this email helpful" with a thumbs up/down icon? I have created unique link for the two choices, pointing to a "thank you" landing page. I then created a trigger program that writes the activity to a field with a date time stamp along with the email name the person gave feedback on. The problem is that all of this is tied to the lead/contact. It's difficult to easily pull a report to see how emails are performing.

I am looking in to implementing BIMI in to one of our partitions in our Marketo instance. However, we would not want to apply this to all of our divisions, since we have separate brands.    Am I able to implement this to a single partition, or will it apply to our whole instance?   Thanks,   Nando

I was digging into why some of our users aren't being delivered our emails and found a good amount of users that used to be Unsubscribed but at some point opted back in. The Unsubscribe Reason field is not empty on these users and that's the only thing that I can think of that could disqualify them (all other qualifications on these campaigns they meet). Even though their Unsubscribe field is marked false. Is this due to durable unsubscribe? Do I need to bulk clear out the Unsubscribe reason field so that they can qualify for campaigns again? 

Hi all, I've created a Drift Chat Playbook and tested to see if all is working well and the integrations with Marketo & SFDC works well. I've realised that when checking the program for the Playbook in Marketo no results are visible on the program level. However, once I've searched by my email address in the database I was able to see that in the activity log. I've checked In Drift the Integration settings with Marketo and all looks good.Can anyone help to identify where's the issue?

Our company relocated a little while ago. When we updated the address in our email templates, we noticed that the changes were applied to new emails using the templates, but when we approved older emails using the templates, the address was not changed. The problem seems to be that address is within a mktEditable or Editable class <div> tag.   In a post shared with me by Marketo Support, it said I could dissociate the HTML from the mktoEditable class, so that the update can be made across all our emails, however, in another document (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/marketo-success-series-email-templates/ba-p/314007) it was pointed out that: "only text that has been defined in a mktoText module will carry over into the text version of your email. Hello, Community members!   I am trying to add a Rich Text field in a Marketo form using API but it's throwing "System error" code 611. The content type used is multipart/form-data. Below is the body content (syntax similar to that described on developers.marketo.com).   Also, can we add JavaScript code to the Rich Text field using API? I don't suppose that anyone has completely clean code for the Marketo Guided Landing Page Template. I needed to change mine as the 'http://' that were appearing all needed to be changed to https:// for things like bootstrap to work properly. I feel like I must have inadvertently added or removed something I shouldn't have as I'm having issues with getting check boxes to appear. Foolishly, I didn't take a clean copy before amending!
