Hi All,We are having speed issues with our program sync - it can take days for the campaign members to appear in Salesforce.Can anyone offer advice on what we can do to improve the campaign sync speed?Thanks 🙂

Hi, we have two domains set up in our DNS and are currently using 2-3 email addresses as our From address.   Can we use whatever names we want as long as we keep using the right domains? So if our domain is company.co and currently use hello@company.co. Can we start using hey@company.co, sup@company.co, itspeter@company.co or whatever we want?     Thanks!

Hi all,   I realize this theme has been addressed before but not specifically this issue. I'm trying to create a Marketo template with modules that come with a preset image. There is a regular version of the image, and then there's an altered version that would ideally replace it if the user is in dark mode. What can I put in the HTML/CSS of this module/template to make that happen? Keep in mind I have limited expertise, I have had to do a few projects in coding throughout my career but it's a lot of trial-and-error and searching as I go, so I'm not super caught up on the lingo. Hello!I have a marketo form that keeps the user in the same page and show and embedded ty message, that's working fine, but if the user refresh the page he will see the second visit form, this form have the intention of send again the submit without completing the data again. Countdown timers can make email more compelling, but using complex code like JavaScript is not practical in email abd a Gif image has limited functionality.  However, there few third-party tools to add countdown timers to email without any technical skills. But the problem with using a third-party tool is that the free version comes with their branding (logo, link) while the paid version has a monthly cost.    Can you suggest an inbuilt tool/solution in Marketo or a Launch Point Partner that can help to achieve?

I am using the create SF task flow step in several campaigns and assigning them to our reps in SF.  One of our reps left the company temporarily and then came back.  Rather than reactivating the old user record in Salesforce when he returned, a new user record was created.    The Marketo create task flow step is now only detecting the old inactive user record in SF and is erroring out and not creating tasks because it's registering him as being inactive.  What's stranger, is it's doing fine assigning leads to the correct SF user record.  When setting up the flowstep, I only have one option for the "assigned to" user on the task.  Any ideas on where I can troubleshoot this connection or how to go about fixing the issue?        **Salesforce does not allow the deletion of a user record, so that is not an option, and this is a SF user not a Marketo user so deleting and creating a new Marketo user will not fix the issue either.  T

I have an engagement program with four active streams and need to make some changes to the emails. Do I have to turn the program off AND deactivate each stream? Or do I just have to do one or the other?   Plus, I wish to avoid making any changes that would impact the current state of the program/not interrupt the leads as they go through the stream.    Thanks for any suggestions!

We create snippets from mobile in our template for sections we use frequently e.g. a mobile app snippet. This is great as it allows us to update it everywhere if it becomes out of date. I usually do this by mostly using the code build in our email template, which has worked fine but we have a media query in the template telling paragraph text to increase in size on mobile. Is it possible to get the snippet to listen to the template media query? I have tried adding in style tags to the snippet but marketo seems to automatically remove them.

Hello everyone,   I'm currently in the process of trying to deprecate our use of Segment (an event-handling framework) and move towards a more API-focused approach to working with custom activities. But I'm unclear if I can just use the primaryAttributeValue to index our activity, or if we need to somehow get the leadId to trigger this.   For more specifics, let's say that we want to give people an option to opt out of marketing emails for GDPR compliance. During signup, we would get an email and (our internal) customer id, but I don't know if we've created a lead for them in Marketo yet. In Segment (docs) I would get the Custom Activity ID, determine what field is the primary key, and upload whatever other information is pertinent. So if I know that "myself@me.com" doesn't want an email, I assume that there is something that can figure out which lead has that email and do the necessary actions.   However, when looking through some API documentation (this doc, this ref),

Hello,   I was creating a champion/challenger test on my nurture program and came up with some question: 1- For the test to run do I need to add each challenger email to the stream? 2- When i select the winner of each test, do i need to remove or deactivate the other emails from the stream (the ones that did not win the test)   Thank you

Hi,   I found this beautiful guide to use API calls using Postman and was wondering if there was a way to export the whole structure of my Marketo instance so I could do an Audit document. The idea is to have all our programs and assets documented and see what is active and what should go to the archive folders.   I found the Folders Endpoint Reference article, but I need to bring all the items inside of each folder. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi All,   I'm trying to debug something related to Salesforce Marketo native integration. While I'm working on it, I haven't been able to find any setting where we can restrict which records need to come from Salesforce to Marketo.   Question: Does Salesforce <-> Marketo Native integration bring all records that are created in Marketo to Salesforce and Salesforce to Marketo?

Hi, anyone could help me with the business case below?  "I want to score an "account" based on contact engagements and notify the account owner when a threshold is reached. The target will be customized based on a region where I can use Marketo's segmentation."   Do you have any ideas on how to solve this without Marketo's Target Account Management addon?
