Hi everyone:Reaching out for support with a sudden intermittent issue with receiving 400 Bad Request - Cookie Size Too Large errors. What's happened:Over the past few weeks, a few internal high-frequency users and a few clients reported clicking a link in a Marketo email and being driven to a 404 Cookie Size Too Large error page in their browser. Links included pages hosted by Marketo (travel.fourseasons.com, view in browser link, Travel Pro Education)Links include pages that are not hosted on Marketo (fourseasons.com, preferredpartners.fourseasons.com)Some users tried to view the Marketo forms embedded on fourseasons.com and our Marketo landing pages and could not load the forms (example pages: https://www.fourseasons.com/meetings-and-events/newsletter/subscribe/Subscribe, https://travel.fourseasons.com/tpac2023.html)If the user clears their cookies/cache, the issue is resolved. Hi all We have the Zoom Launchpoint app and it's stopped working. This morning we received an email from Zoom to say they've Zoom deprecated the JWT app type, and to migrate to OAuth or S2S OAuth immediately. Does anyone know what we need to do here?

In the May 2022 release notes, Marketo Engage first introduced the new Email Verification and Uniqueness feature. Happy Friday, Community Friends! I'm not sure if I'm being dim or if I've done something wrong or if Marketo is being a jerk today. I've just set up a few more default programs to add to my existing/active Engagement Program and I can't add the program to the stream. The email within the program is approved/active, the Skip Email Campaign is activated, the Send Email Campaign includes "Member of Engagement Program = {{This Nurture}}". Here's a quick screenshot of the Default Program itself (which I cloned from the prior default programs so I knew all the details were going to be included): When I search for the Program in the stream, I only see the 6 programs that are already active in there: What am I missing? I have tried deactivating the Trigger campaign and also turning the entire nurture off, but neither seems to get that Program to show. I hope it's user error and I'll roll my eyes at myself when I learn what the issue is 😋 Thanks i

If we have Salesforce Platform licenses how would we integrate Salesforce with Marketo? Has anyone integrated Marketo with Salesforce using a license other than a standard Salesforce license?In comparison to Standard Salesforce licenses what will be the restrictions behind using Marketo with Force.com or Salesforce Platform licenses? in my understanding force.com license doesn't allow access to leads and opportunities and other custom apps.

Hi allWe are approaching go-live with the first-time sync between Marketo and D365 and have encountered a problem during testing. Lead, Contact, and Opportunity data seem to be fine, but Account data is not syncing back from D365.   We believe the issue relates to the core behaviour of the sync and how it creates fields in Marketo - I'd really appreciate it if anyone who's navigated this same issue could share how they resolved it.   Every SyncToMkto field is created in D365 and then when the sync is activated, the field is created in Marketo. From our understanding, every SyncToMkto field should have an API name of new_synctomkto for both the CRM Field Map and Marketo API Name for it to function correctly. These look correct for the Lead, Contact, and Opportunity objects (see attached doc) But for the Account, the field has the wrong Marketo API name of new_synctomkto_account. This API Name is set by the sync connector when it is created, and it cannot be edited at any sta

We’ve been working on improving our deliverability and cleaning up our Marketo instance. One of the things we’re looking to do is get a count of the number of spam complaints we receive from each email send so we can keep an eye on our delivery success rate. Is there a way to build a smart list that would return this sort of info?

How does visits work? I have a segment setup for Number of visits - Equals or less than 5 But if I visit the page anonymously I do not see the popup RTP. But if I fill out a form I see the popup RTP.   Does a user need to be known to use this feature?

WE have an event, we will send an email to our customers to invite them to attend it.   The Event Page is XXX_Event.html (The Destination of Invitation mail CTA) The Event Date is June 1st, 2021.   If the customer visits the page earlier than June 1st,2021 , the page content will display like "You are too early" If the customer visits the page on June 1st,2021, the page content will display like "Welcome, Please sign in to attend" & a Marketo Form Embed. If the customer visits the page later than June 1st,2021, the page content will display like "You are too late"   I would like to seek some ideas on how to deal with it in Marketo?   Thank you

Hi guys,    I encountered a problem and hope you could help.    Context: We use Marketo forms to collect lead info when they download our resources. There will be required fields, then a consent check box, and followed by progressive profiling (show 1 pp each time). See the image below: We want to switch the box and progressive profiling's position, so that it doesn't look wired. So we did some changes in CSS and JS codes. Hi everyone,  I created some HTML for a landing page that shows different content (in tokens) based on the date. However, I am unsure if the date will be the Marketo date or the viewer's date. Hello community!I was wondering if anyone has experienced this when writing a velocity script in marketo. The use case here is that we would like to tie a subscription back to the contact ID in salesforce, when a contact fills out a survey (which in turn, a few things get populated such as the subscription (SID), contact ID (CID) and account ID (AID) all in the same URL path of the survey (which in turn, is integrating back to Salesforce with this information). Dear Community, I am looking to seek support for a Marketo Landing Page that has stopped displaying Marketo form after making changes to the form. The changes that were made were - Addition of New Custom fields, addition of more fields. When I swap the form with other forms, the Landing Page displays those.  Is there any work around you can suggest to help with this issue.

Understand the recent patch had a small change to the criteria selection of reports - It is now a maximum of 1000 emails. Can we have the option to go back to the previous feature? Splitting up the reports seems counter-intuitive as you will need to combine the reports manually. Am looking forward to suggestions on how people are getting around this issue, thank you!

How many records can you pull from a custom object at one time?

Hello Marketo hivemind! I'm looking for some help with the reCAPTCHA integration and how the Google disclaimer is showing up on the form.  Our forms are using progressive profiling and we needed to put a script onto the landing page so that the checkbox/privacy text field is showing up at the bottom of the form. (See screenshot below).  If we don't have this script added to the page the progressive profiling fields show up under the checkbox field which looks very strange.  Now that we are adding reCAPTCHA I need to move that to the very bottom under the checkbox.   One of the challenges I'm running into is that I can't figure out what the google disclaimer text field ID is.  Marketo support says they don't know if there is an ID that I can use as part of the integration.  (Note: I am not a JS expert so I'm learning as I go 😃) I'm wondering if anyone else who has implemented the reCAPTCHA integration AND is u

Usually, we store cart values in a custom object, but in this case, they need to be stored in a custom field. We have hosted Marketo opt-in form in our external website, currently the form displays when new visitor visits and based on cookie value(if they have accepted cookie) it wont get displayed again for consecutive visits. But now we need  to display the form again and again until visitors filled out the form. we have idea to implement .onSuccess(callback) functionality  Form API but not sure if it works. Can anyone share idea how to implement it ?  Note: Marketo Munchkin is implemented in the external website.
