Adobe Marketo Engage

My company is using GTW form for registration. I tested the form and filled with a test account but nothing shows up in the program. Does the leads come back after the webinar is over? If that's the case, will it only send people who's attended, or will it include people that filled out the form but did not attend?Another question is that is there a way to track the questions asked and the duration of webinar stayed? We were able to do that before but i don't see that functionality in marketo.

Probably a question for Marketo's product team...Provided you don't have a smart campaign that is "Run through only once", would periodically cloning and deleting the old one to get rid of thousands of pages of logs improve instance performance?

We have an integration setup between Marketo and SFDC.  We need to send a Holiday card out.  Various sales teams have provided lists of recipients, email addresses, that should get the email.  All of these contacts/emails already exist in SFDC+Marketo database.  What’s the best way to use these to create email lists for the campaigns?Can I upload to Marketo as static lists and match those against the SFDC records?  I’m thinking this would create duplicates.Should I hand the lists to our SFDC admin and have her build the campaigns in SFDC? Just trying to determine what a normal SOP should look like.  Thanks.

Our company website has hundreds of blog pages. We have created Marketo programs for each of these blogs. The program uses a channel with just one status called 'Engage'. Each program hosts a smart campaign with a filter to track the blog visit in the past 1 day. All programs are synched to a single SF campaign. The SF campaign has the status 'Engaged'. I have knocked off the default statuses Responded and Sent. Below are some questions I have:1. Is the filter the correct mechanism to use here? Trigger would be better but it will drastically slow down the instance as there are hundreds of programs. Will using triggers with trigger tokens be better than filters?2. The program has been running for the past few days. No campaign members are added so far. I tested visiting the webpage a few days ago, hoping my visit will be captured, but nothing so far. How can I check if I'm cookied in Marketo? ThanksNN

Some time ago, fields for progressive profiling were added to our website.However, in the Chrome browser, progressive profiling fields are not displayed at all (in the settings it is specified to show one of two). The field appears in the Firefox browser, but it does not have a label. I disabled all custom CSS styles, but this did not affect the display of fields: it is still missing in Chrome and without a label in Firefox.I didn't find anything similar in the topics.I'm wondering if there are any known issues with the display of progressive grading fields in general, as well as their operation?Can this be resolved through the efforts of the site developers or are there other options? Is there a way to put progressive profiling fields along with a group of regular fields? Perhaps this would solve the problem.

Hi All, I am building a landing page in Marketo for webinar recordings. I would like to know what would be the best way for adding the webinar recording to the landing page while preserving the viewing statistics ?GTW offers 2 methods : Either add the recording link directly to a video section or embed the video into the landing page/website.Which way does preserve the viewing statistics ? Another issue : GTW requires a form fill by default to access the webinar recording and I am already adding a form to the landing page, which makes it 2 form fills. Is there any way to add the recording without form fill from GTW? Thanks!

Hi All, I have been trying to add my Marketo form (under Design Studio) into my Marketo Landing Page (under Marketing Activities) but somehow it's not showing up on the page even after trying on multiple landing pages. It would be of great help to me if someone review the page cofigurations as I am not sure if the form is not showing either because of some custom JS in it or something else. I'm looking for some best practices around uploading leads on Marketo to create specific audience lists for pulling into engagement streams.  What is the best process for pulling existing records within Marketo? Is there a template that needs to be used when importing new records to ensure all the right data is being captured? Thank you.

How does the custom sync filter behave for Account & Contact Object synchronization (Person Account)? We observed that when the Custom sync filter (Account.Marketo_Sync_Required = false ) and the ( Contact.Marketo_Sync_Required = true ), updates made to the Account object are still synced to the customer in Marketo. However, updates made to the Contact record aren't synced to Marketo. On the other hand, when the ( Account.Marketo_Sync_Required = false ) no updates made to the record are synced to Marketo. Does anyone have any experience on working with Custom Sync Filter ? We want to understand how this behavior works between Marketo and Salesforce.

We discovered an intermittent issue with our forms that have known visitor. When a user submits the form as a known visitor sometimes it appends an extra /confirmation-page to the end of the confirmation url thus creating a 404 errorForm for testing:calendly.com/landing/formThanks in advance!

Hi,I would like to configure my Marketo email campaigns to be sent only during regular working hours, specifically from 9 am to 5 pm, and exclusively on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Here's the desired behavior:If it's a working day and the current time falls between 9 am and 5 pm, I want emails to be sent immediately when certain trigger conditions are met.If it's a working day but the current time is after 5 pm, I want the email to be scheduled for delivery at 9 am on the next working day (if the next day is also a weekday. Apologies if this topic has already been addressed. We've recently made changes to the inline CSS in one of our email template modules, which is utilized by over 500 emails. Is there a more efficient way for applying this update across all existing emails?

We seem to be having on and off issues with fields not updating properly between Marketo and Salesforce. Most of the time this happens, the record will be correct in Marketo and fields will not update in Salesforce.  We also continue to have issues with a large number of contacts/ leads being synced over to a campaign at once. The system seems to time out and only a handful will get added and I need to do a single flow action to add 50 people to the campaign at once.  We haven't done a full account refresh/ sync in a while and I thought that may help with our data issues. Please let me know if you have any advice on data not being updated and people not being added to campaigns in large quantities. I'm wondering if we have two much passing through the systems and if we can cut that back a bit?

We just scanned our WP website to check the security issues, and we found two issues related to Marketo forms. Do you have any solutions to resolve them?  Script Src Integrity Check: app-ab24.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js can't generate SRI Hash, so, we can't pass this check.  FYI, the description of this check: The remote host may be vulnerable to payment entry data exfiltration due to javascript included from potentially untrusted and unverified third parties script src. CGI Generic Cross-Site Request Forgery Detection: it is also related to Marketo forms, the problem shows that on the pages we used Marketo forms. CGIs are not protected by a random token.  Any solutions?  

I am having issues with progressive profiling and hope you can help! As of now the only field not considered progressive is the email address, all other fields are based on the cookies.Recently we've been getting lots of form fills that are missing the required fields to sync to Salesforce (even though these fields are required in the form). We figured out it's because a computer is already cookied so when the form shows up it just asks for the email address and then if a different email address is put in then what was entered previously the form still goes through as complete but on the backend all the fields except for email is missing. Is there a way to keep progressive profiling on our forms but if a different email address has been entered then what was previously cookied it would require all the other fields to be filled out? 

I am having issues with the text colors and the one box not being white. I am not sure where in the "edit CSS" I need to update this. I need the "First Name"/"Last Name"/etc. Field labels to be white as well as the one box to match the rest. I am not sure why "Country" and the next field are correct and the rest are not. In the preview mode it shows them all correctly but on the website it looks like below.  

We currently use Zoominfo for our enrichment in Marketo, but now want to supplement with another platform - preferably for EMEA data. Has anyone tried integrating 2 or more enrichment vendors with Marketo? If yes, I'd love to get some recommendations in terms of how to handle data from both platforms? I understand I'll have to use a data waterfall model - looking at thoughts and best practices in terms of implementations. What would ideal wait times look like given that these are API calls. Hi community - hope you can help here.  We are in the process of cleaning out old fields within our instance (or should I say, hiding them and blocking updates to them).  I understand that in order to do so, they cannot be in use.  We were removing them from programs, but noticed that the email program, once it was sent, we can no longer remove the fields from that program.  The community suggested getting support involved to remove these on the back end.  However support came back and said that it will cause data corruption.  Their recommendation was to delete the program, but then we lose the data with that program. Has anyone had to do this before, and can you let me know what this corruption was?  Support could not answer that for me. Also, any recommendations would be appreciated!!!

I couldn't figure out how to isolate those who are unsubscribing from Gmail's "unsubscribe" option in the header. Anyone have ideas? thanks
