Hi! Since implementing Marketo Measure (Bizible), we noticed that there were a few opportunity related contacts missing an attribution touchpoint even though they should've had one.   For example, the opp closed won date for an opportunity is 5/17/23, and the lead associated with the opportunity filled out a demo request form on 11/16/22 (and the demo request was the reason this opp opened). We're not sure why a Bizible attribution touchpoint isn't pulling through for this opportunity (and none of the suppression rules applied).    Is it possible to manually force a Bizible attribution touchpoint? Or any way to recreate the Bizible attribution touchpoint?

Hi guys! I'm using the Email Performance report from the Analytics tab. So, in the Setup tab, I set the "Sent Date" to This Year, then I added the filter "Opened Email" while Email is any. Then I added the constraint "Is Mobile Device" as true and it showed me a total send of 556,993 and a 37% in the Open Rate. Then I wanted to know the number of non-mobile people who opened our emails, so I switched the true for a false in the "Is Mobile Device" constraint. Now with only changing that, it showed a total send of 5,147,980 and a 38,4% on the Open Rate.Why it is showing a different Total Send number?

Is there a way to extract the scheduled run date for a campaign via the official Python SDK for the Marketo Rest API? I see createdAt and updatedAt but those do not match the Scheduled Run Time on the UI screen.

Hello,I’d like to open a discussion regarding an issue we’ve encountered with the attribution of form submission pages. We utilize global forms for various campaigns, such as webinars and content downloads. To ensure proper attribution to the relevant program, we've implemented a referrer constraint based on the URL.However, we’re seeing instances where a form is filled out, but the referring page doesn’t have an embedded form. Consequently, when the lead is passed to Marketo, it is not being attributed to any program. This seems to be a disconnect between the form submission action and the referrer page recognition.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or does anyone know how to resolve this kind of bug? Any insights or suggestions on how to ensure accurate form submission attribution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,  I am trying to reference an CID value stored in Program Membership Data in velocity script, from another Program.   Essentially, we have a CID "controller" default program, we are setting the values in a Program Membership field. This will used to set the CID value globally. In email default programs, I want to populate content, based on the "controller"s Program Membership CID value.    I am struggling to understand if I can specify the program id, where the pmCampaignId is set.   ##Set field variables #set ( $recentcampaignid = $member.pmCampaignId )

Hello, Does anyone know if it's possible to integrate GA4 with Marketo via an API connection to pull in email reports? I understand we can use utm parameters in our email links, which we are doing, but we would like to directly connect our existing email performance, link performance, etc. reports to GA4 with the goal of building a repository of data year over year. As it stands in Marketo, email sent data is only saved for 90 days, after which time it's no longer available. We heavily depend upon our email reports to track year over year success of our campaigns for strategic planning, prioritizing and making improvements to our campaigns, and not having this data readily available is a huge hindrance for us.   Thank you, LK

Hello everyone,I have a fairly simple engagement program, but it still doesn't work as expected.There are three streams. An email is sent in the first stream. There are two topics with CTAs in the email. If you click the CTA for topic 1, you will be taken to stream 2 and should receive an email about topic one. If you click the CTA for topic two in the first email, you will be taken to stream three and should receive the email for topic two. If you click on both CTAs you should receive both emails on both topics. Apparently everything works except for one “small thing”. So the first email arrives and when I click on the CTAs, I am pushed accordingly to stream 2 or stream 3. The problem is that the emails are not being sent. As far as I know, if you are pushed in a stream, the email is sent automatically without having to define any extra triggers for it. I've tried various tests, but I can't find the cause. Hello there,so my question is one of a series related to improving our program performances, based on the various program membership touchpoints. I know this topic has been already dealt with, but I like to see another perspective. Let's assume that we want to have a multi-touchpoint channel attribution, so based on any single program, instead of having just the single Person, MQL, SAL, etc. channel attribution. What I am doing right now, for every single program, is having a flow that evaluates and records (in several custom program member fields) UTMs of a submission/page view once these actions trigger the membership of a program.Then, I'm evaluating these UTM parameters for attributing the right channel to the member of the program.    Obviously, this way of flowing is not sustainable and manageable on a larger scale, because it means replicating every single step for each single program. I am trying to better understand how the "Durable unsubscribe" function works. I have seen the standard documentation here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/deliverability/durable-unsubscribe.html?lang=en but am struggling to understand its behaviour in the below usecase.   We need to remove all contacts from our Marketo instance due to a data error. Once remove, the CRM will sync again, pushing contacts back into the instance.  The errors caused a large number of contact subscription status's to be incorrectly updated from [Unsub=False] to [Unsub=True]. When attempting to remove a record, and re upload, Marketo seems to remember the record and update their [Unsub=True] status and change the value to suit.    Is there a way to turn off this durable unsubscribe function. Unsubscribe is looked after by our CRM so do need this solution

I'm having trouble with an engagement program as leads aren't transitioning to designated streams based on specified rules. The intended movement relies on both job titles and the interaction of opening Email A from Stream A. Despite meeting the criteria, leads aren't progressing to their respective streams as expected.Interestingly, I've set up a test trigger campaign with identical rules, and it successfully transitioned the leads. I'm eager to understand why the stream transition rules in the engagement program aren't pulling the leads as intended.   Thoughts?

Am I missing something? I am able to clone programs, set tokens, automate most everything via the Marketo API and a CSV. However, there are two steps missing that I can't figure out how to pull in via the Marketo API:1. set the name of the SFDC campaign to sync the Marketo program to2. set the URL of the global form fill trigger as a constraint in a token I would prefer to not spend the 1-2 minute per 200 programs to do this manually.Does anyone know how to add these 2 pieces of missing program information via the Marketo API?Is this possible?Thanks for your help.Bart

Shorthands like “anonymous Munchkin cookie” and “associated Munchkin cookie” aren’t harmful in a broad sense, and I use them often. But from a technical standpoint, they’re juuust misleading enough to be worth correcting.   When you’re debugging or extending Munchkin, thinking in terms of full cookie values can make things seem miraculous that really aren’t.   You see, what really gets associated is the token part of the cookie, not the whole cookie. I have been looking at this flow for 20 mins and cant see why its not firing. People who download content via those forms are being excluded despite not having request a demo in days or months. 

Hello,A bit of a two-fold question here - We're working on setting up a process to pull program data through an API call utilizing tags and I was curious on a few things in terms of setting up a process to make this work in a usable way:1. As far as I can see, there's no way to bulk update a tag outside of an API call - Is this still the case?2. I'm assuming this is not the case, but I was curious if using Archived Folders prevents an API call from pulling that data? Or is it really only affecting the Marketo UI search?For more specifics, we're using program ID to pull in audiences and using a tag to look at relevant programs that we need. So I'm looking for a way to be able to change program tags or prevent that program from being visible after a certain point without having to do it manually 🙂

We are collecting features the prospect would like and are pulling them into a text only field as such example listed here: Business Phone Number;Call Forwarding;Ring Groups;Mobile App;Call Blocking;Call Recording; I'd like to dynamically pull in these features into an email but I am not sure the most efficient way to go about it. I was thinking of using a snippet, but if more than one feature is selected the body of the email could get a bit long. Now I am thinking I perhaps need to go the route of building a token within the program or perhaps use velocity scripting.  Has anyone done this before and has a viable solution? Thank you! Monica

Hi , Hope all are doing well. We've been tasked with personalizing the order ID within a URL. I've successfully used a script to personalize the order ID, and it's updating correctly. However, when I include this token within a URL, the URL breaks. URL doesn't work as expected and displays the script within the link. In the email template, I've hardcoded the https:// part, while the rest of the URL and the personalization are stored in a token. This token, containing the personalized information, is then appended to the https:// portion. However, when I included the https:// part directly in the script and used the token within the mailer, the URL worked smoothly.
