We currently use Survicate for surveys, including out NPS survey, which we sync the responses back to Marketo (NPS Score and NPS Comment fields), before we run the survey again in the summer I would like to set up some kind of automated reporting that will show changes to scores of those who respond again -  who scores us higher and, more importantly, whose score has gone down, so we can identify potential risks for renewal. I had a look through some of the articles and posts but can't really see a way to  either create a report showing all score changes or to create lists for "if score goes up/down add to XX list" and record the old and new score. Does anyone have a best practice way of doing this? Thanks

Hi,Can any one help me on this. I have created a custom object and data is imported but when i use the trigger as Custom object name updated trigger in that when we select the trigger attribute in the add constraints if we take New value and Previous value actually those are drop down fields but unfortunately we dont see the values in the drop down. Is this the expected behavior? Do we need to enter values manually for the New value and Previous values constraints.

Hi Folks,Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, lately we are detecting that people who try to open our ICS file produced from a Calendar File Token are getting a Microsoft Outlook Security Notice warning, (see image below) this is having people think twice before putting the webinars in their calendar. This only seems to affect Outlook, Google Calendar or any other ICS do not seem to be bothered by this. Anybody also encountering this? or is there anything to be done?Thanks in advance! 

Hi,   Is there any way we can capture non-marketo form data using munchkin code or we can add any script in webpage that sends form data in marketo.    And what will be the steps for us to capture form data in Marketo as well apart from just the click (using munchin code)? Here basically we have click event at form submission on our web page, but we want to capture who submitted the form so, probably Name and email address and company we want to capture .

Hello Community,  We are seeing an error in how an email is displayed, most specifically when viewing the email in Gmail.Viewing the email in outlook does not display the error and displays all ok. (viewing as a broadcasted email and not as a test email)We use a business branded template to produce a newsletter every month and the previous months have not presented this error. You can see on the screenshot that there are strange grey/white blocks and the formatting has shifted CTA buttons to the left.  Has anyone experienced anything similar or could help point me in the right direction?  Thank you

Hi, is it possible to somehow apply velocity script tokens around email modules within the email editor (not within/with the HTML code itself) in order to dynamically display modules from the email template? I 've placed the below "opening" and "closing" tokens around the module in order to show/hide webinar speaker data:   Before the module: #if($lead.formComments3.contains("Webinar A")) #set( $webinarAHidden = false ) #else #set( $webinarAHidden = true ) #end After the module: #if(!$webinarAHidden) #end   Below is the visual of how I placed it in the editor. We've been using bizible for a little less than a year and have had 6sense for almost two years now. We are trying to have the two tools connected but from what I've been told a connection does not exist. We want to be able to see what opportunities are coming from 6sense campaigns.  Wanted to see if anyone on here knows of a work around or if there really is no way to track 6sense activity through bizible?

Hi fellow Marketo users,I have a query about using Universal ID along with SSO enabled.We have 2 Marketo instances (Sandbox & Production) which are connected via Universal ID. We also have configured Azure SSO for both the instances, however the switching between the 2 instances doesn't seem to work when we are logged in via SSO. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any insights in the matter will be very helpful.   PS: In AzureAD as we cannot setup multiple applications with the same EntityID, we customized the entityID of both instances to make them unique and configured them in same Azure tenant.

can someone please let me know what is the diferrence between email suspended and  marketing suspended fields?

I'd like to use the Marketo API to retrieve all Email asset IDs from one specific partition only (not the entire instance). I have experience using the API, but I cannot find the documentation that would specify how to do this. Anyone?

Greetings Community Friends! I attended one of the MUG webinars yesterday and among a number of the amazing tips shared, one was to use a token to update the copyright date in emails. I realize that this is probably used widely but with the way our templates were set up back in the day (we continue to use them because we don't have development resources), ours is set up as part of a module that has to be manually updated each year (and then we have to re-approve Marketing Activities emails)... The code/module currently looks like this in all of our email templates: When setting up a global token to use the tip from the MUG - $year = $date.get('YYYY') - I realized that, when our new instance was set up, the Marketo partner that supported us set one up (yay!):Email script token: {{my.universal-copyright-year-email}}Velocity script: #set($timeZoneObject = $date.getCalendar().getTimeZone())$date.format("yyyy", $date.getDate(), $date.getLocale(), $timeZoneObject.get

The question lurks: Should you send mail From: user@example.com or switch to From: user@marketing.example.com?   And the answer remains: It depends.   First off, using a subdomain will not keep you off block lists. Domain-based lists always block the parent domain (a.k.a. shortest private suffix) as they’re quite aware of this attempt to dodge. “Reputation separation” via subdomains isn’t a thing.   There are still valid reasons to choose a subdomain, though: Easier Housekeeping: You want to quickly identify which of your services sent an email in case a recipient complains. Hello. I am looking at a Smart List of "Inactives" that doesn't match what shows in the Activity Log for a customer. The first line of the Smart List is "Was Delivered Email" with the parameters of "is any" and "in past 6 months". Another parameter is "Not Opened Email".However when I look at the Activity Log for a person who appears on the Smart List, it shows they DID open the email.Has anyone else had an issue like this? Can someone suggest what I might be missing? Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone,  I have a question about the queuing processing of batch and triggered campaigns.  We've faced queuing issues in the past and after checking our instance, Marketo support has suggested changing some of our trigger campaigns to batch campaigns. I know both types of campaigns are processed in different queues. However, it is not very clear if Batch campaigns are more efficient than triggered ones.  Let me give you an example, we had a triggered campaign with settings to send an email everyday at 14h CET. We were suggested to convert this into a Batch scheduled everyday at 14h CET. In both cases, the settings, audience, and send time are the same. However, we were told that a Batch would be more efficient in terms of processing int he queue, even though the campaigns have the same settings and process the same amount of users.  So I'm wondering if that's true and what's the technical explanation for that. Thanks in adv

Hello, I am trying to use Zapier to grab Marketo Lead Details. I am hoping to grab Marketo ID to identify and make changes in a connected excel sheet. I have set up a Catch Hook in Zapier (screenshot) but it is not returning any data. Why is no data being returned? Is a catch hook the best way to accomplish my goal? Or should I be using something like a Custom Action to grab lead details?
