We are happy to welcome Ariel Sultan, Product Marketing Manager, Daniel Wright, Sr Technical Marketing Engineer, Josee Healey, Sr Product Marketing Manager and Rohit Basuri, Sr Product Manager, for an AMA session about Use Case Playbooks - an actionable catalog of industry-specific use case playbooks in Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.

              Have you had a chance to dive into this feature for either Real-Time CDP or Journey Optimizer?  Have you reviewed the available use cases??  They are listed here by application!

                If you don't see your industry represented yet in Use Case Playbooks, know that the Playbooks are easily adaptable to other industries. For example, if you are an insurance company, you can easily take the "Abandon Browse" playbook for retail and adjust the events to work for your use case. For example, if the retail defines "Abandon Browse" as "had a product view event but didn't have add to cart event", you can modify the definition of a segment or journey to reflect your definition, e.g. "had a product view event but didn't have a lead form submit event".

                  Use Case Playbooks currently showcases playbooks for the following industries: Retail, Sports, Media & Entertainment, Travel & Hospitality, however, customers in other industries can still use the playbooks for execution. Additional industry-specific playbooks are in the process of being created in the coming year!

                    Ohh sorry I didn't realize that, I have one question when I was trying to use playbook I didn't see any playbook enable for my instance. So kindly help me how can I get it enabled for my instance.

                    Learn how to set up your account for Use Case Playbooks, designed for Real-Time Customer Data Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

                    The three main configuration steps are:

                    • Create a sandbox
                    • Configure user permissions
                    • Configure Journey Optimizer channel surfaces for e-mail, push, and SMS notifications (if you plan on using Journey Optimizer playbooks)
