What happens to a user's content when soft-deleting via umapi-client.py?

Hey, 

Trying to automate offboarding and am using UserAction.remove_from_organization(delete_account=False). 

When deleting users from the Admin Console you get prompted to transfer contents, is there any way to do that from the umapi-client?
