Unsupported Repository Structure - Workflow Location

Hello,

We run Best Practices Analyzer during aem migration to cloud process and we have a task to do called  “Unsupported Repository Structure - Workflow Location” and also provides some description

• Workflow models or launchers under `/etc/workflow` have been detected. They should be moved.
• Documentation URL: https://www.adobe.com/go/aem_pd_URS

Anyway, that url doc is not something valid and I would like to know if there is any official documentation or step by step process? Also I found this repo https://github.com/adobe/aem-cloud-migration but I dont know if it is something what I can use for this task.
