Magento 2.4.7-p9 get patch

I have been trying to get the patch to fix my Magento CE 2.4.7-p4 to patch with the p9 but i cannot download the patch, links redirect me. I did get a zip file which seems to contain replacemtn files for existing files. am i ok to just do a copy and replace using these files or do i use the patch i cannot get?
