Link is not working when we have tel keyword in page name

I created a page called telephone, If i try to use this page in any anchor tag then the href is not forming for that a tag.

ex URL:- /content/project/home/telephone.html

I have tried disabling the link checker and also tried removing all the configuration related to link checker but still the issue persists. This is happening in both author and publish instances. Has anyone has any idea what could be the issue?
