I am trying to gain access to the Firefly API for a generative fill use case for my company. In the developer console, it's not available to me. How do I sign up?

You need to follow this guide: https://developer.adobe.com/firefly-services/docs/guides/get-started/. If the Firefly API is not available to you, it means that you don't have a license to use it, just like me.
You need to connect with your Adobe sales rep, to get this service.
