Error on creating project in console

I am trying to create a project with firefly template but when I type in the project title, app name and click save, I get the following error:

 

Service createProjectWithWorkspaces failed. Error code: 500 , Error message: ER_BAD_NULL_ERROR: Column 'who_created' cannot be null

 

Not sure what's wrong.

are you doing this on Adobe developer console?
