Can't send recurring delivery

I can't send a recurring delivery (recurring only, because I have no problem sending a continuous delivery), here is the message I get:

SOP-330011 Error while executing the 'AppendDeliveryPart' method of the 'nms:delivery' service. Do you have any idea where this could come from?
