Are there any api endpoints to get user activity - last login date/time?

I am looking for a programatic solution to determine underutilised or unutilised adobe licenses. Going through the UMAPIs I dont see any endpoint that can help me determine the user login activity across all adobe products centrally. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? or has a suggestion for a potential solution?
