Access to Photoshop API

Hello,

How can I get access to Photoshop API for smart object replacement. I have used it before while it was in testing.
Now I was informed that I can only access it if having an Enterprice license and pay 100 000 dollar or more per year.

I have a company of 3 people that can't afford that. Is there any other way that I can get access to this? I don't need AI-services.
