Trait Device ID number is smaller than cross device ID number

Hello, I built a trait and checked trait graph. 

I think Device ID number should larger than cross device ID number.

But, My trait cross device ID number is greater than Device ID number. 

Is it possible?

 

For this reason some trait shows device ID (of trait graph) equal 0(zero)

 

What should i check to solve this problem?

Hi @lucy__ ,

 

If the trait is an onboarded trait and we are uploading CRM Id based data in audience manager, then this is the expected result.

Device Id based trait reporting would only show synced data and if we do not have any synced data(i.e. Id sync between UUID and Customer Id/CRM Id) then the reporting would show "0".
