On boarded Traits Realization for Age, Total points

Hello,

I want to understand how we need to realize a on-boarded traits which are in tiers or grouped for eg. Age. In trait expression we have defined trait as Age >21 and Age<=24

                                                                    Age>25 and Age <=29 and so on.

How we will express these key value pairs in our On boarded File. Is there any specific way to represent this type of data in our file.
