Hi Team,

Does anyone know if we can leverage Adobe's identity graph to onboard offline data for solving a non-authentication match?

Hi there,

I believe you are referring to Device Co-op graph.

At present it is only available in North America, but still check with Adobe Client Care. You will have to first participate in Device co-op to get that provisioned. Then you can define a Profile Merge rule using the device graph as one of the device options.
