Not able to download AEM service package 6.5.12

Hi,

     I want to download the recent AEM service package 6.5.12. When I click on the download URL it throws an error 404. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Hello,

 

This is the Audience Manager community rather than AEM, I would advise reposting your question in the AEM community forum: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/ct-p/adobe-experience-manager-community

 

That said, as a general bit of advice, you can attempt clearing your cookies/cache and/or attempt to download the package via a net-new incognito browser. If the issue is related to your browser, these steps will help to resolve. Otherwise, the AEM team can assist you via the forum or a support case.
