No Segments information in Profile Viewer Tool

We have been doing some testing activity in the incognito window to verify new audiences. In order to validate the qualification of trait and segment, we see the users are qualifying for trait according to the condition on 15th may, but I don't see the respective segment is reflecting in the tool when we verify the same UUID on 18th May. Refer to the screenshot.

 

What could be the cause of this? We generally not seeing this issue in regular window browsing.

    Hi @keerthivasanj96,

     

    I would suggest opening a support ticket with the AAM team (amsupport@adobe.com). I just tried this as well on my end, and did not get any segments to return. We may need to look into what the visitor visitor API calls are request/returning.
