Hi, Any recommendation/suggestion on how we can use customer Data Feed file data that we receive from AAM to our internal Data Lake. Need to understand how we can use those data to analyze/import any existing campaign or use those data to analyze and launch new campaign.

Hi all, I want to upload offline CRM data on AAM. But I can not use the FTP server as there are some issues with it. I was trying to upload it from Audience Library. On the doc, I saw the data can be pushed to AA and AT.  1) is it possible to analyze customers web journey like the picture above ? (google analytics's customer flow analysis) 2) if it is, can i see the integrated journey with other DMP ? (my CDP + other DMP)  - if i'm one of e-commerce owner and i integrated DMP of one social media channel's DMP, can i see the web journey such as 1) 3k customers went to SNS channel's home page 2) among 3k customer, 2k customers went to SNS channel's one of web page 3) among that 2k customers, 1k customers went to my e-commerce website....

1) Is it possible to connect our customer cookie ID in our CDP to Adobe's DMP? if so can i target that specific customer ids and have audience report? 2) and if i want to connect customer ID in cookie level, do i have to pay more ?  3) can i check my customer's web journey? such as 1. March/20/02pm google search 2. March/20/03pm google merchandise 3. March/20/04pm purchase completed in my google merchandise channel 

segment overlap audience marketplace number how to use for insight

Looking to leverage the DCS API calls against a users ECID to send in information from our internal database. We have a stored table of ECID's. I am aware this is available for sending in against UUID's or Declaired ID's that have been synced, but this specific use case is built around the ECID. I see in the documentation there's a field for ECID (d_mid) but I want to confirm this is possible. 

Hi Team,Is there a way to identify unique users who've responded to Paid Media campaign and CRM campaign as well?  Background :we are planning to run email campaign via ACC. we also want same set of users to target via paid media campaign through AAM. First, we'll target users via email (though ACC) and then we'll target same set of users via paid campaing (pushing segments from AAM to DSP).Problem Statement:Is there a way to identify users who've responded to CRM and Paid Media? Please share your thoughts in order to achieve unique user count. Thanks in Advance! 

Hi,we create onboarded traits via rest api and we also want to delete depricated traits via rest api with the trait sid. But the call always results in "Forbidden" (403).At the moment we are only able to delete a specific trait with its integrationCode.We use JWT generated Access Tokens, creation and deletion with ic works fine.Do we need to change some access rules, policies or something else to delete with trait sid??Thanks for your help.

I'm curious if anyone has any tips on ways to speed up the onboarding process? Ours seem to take a full 2+ days to realize in the UI. We're currently using FTP and planning to move to the S3 but I don't expect that to make much difference. We're currently splitting up files based on the documented file size recommendation. Hi ,Can someone help me with how the TTL of the traits and Recency and frequency settings in segments work together.Say, I have T1 (TTL15 days), T2 (TTL 15 days). On days 16 and 17 although trait 1 was not realised within last 15 days but since due to TTL UUID 1 was qualified in T1 just two days ago. So does, UUID qualify for segment 1?On day 18 however, I understand why it would be a part of S1.Any additional information would also be helpful besides this.

Hi, I'd like to create 2 segments1) Visited our app ever2) Visited our app within the last 14 days  So for 2) I set the trait to expire after 14 days. However, I'm not able to also have a duplicate trait expiring after 120 days. I get the error message"Another trait (18872745) exists with the same trait rule, using the same data source and trait type. Please use it instead."  Is there a way to achieve this other than adding some redundant condition to one of the traits, which I'd like to avoid? 

I was curious to know how the recency period is evaluated in Segments. If there is a rule based trait being used in a segment, that has a recency setting as <= 1 (within 1 day) and frequency set as => 1 (1 or more times). Hi,Currently, we are using profile merge rule(Last Authenticated + Profile Link) setup to do Adobe Targeting in our Authentication based website(both Authenticated & non-authenticated page) Auth Website:www.example1.com Profile Merge Rule for above website: Last Authenticated + Profile Link Non-Auth Website:www.example2.com Question: Can we use the same profile merge rule to target in Non-Auth website too? Assume, we need to target the new user directly coming to non-auth website(www.example2.com). I believe, we can target the content in non-Auth website using same profile merge rule if the same user previously visited/loggedin in Auth-based website(www.example2.com).  Thanks

Hello, Is there a way to bulk edit TTLs in traits? I have about a couple hundred traits I want to adjust the TTL to instead of having the default of 120 days. Any help here would be great!! -Shawn

Hi, We have added impression and click pixels, as mentioned in the documentation. Our understanding is there are some macros that need to be added to use Audience Optimisation Reports. I've checked that the pixel is working fine by inspecting Network Call, but when I created trait with information d_event=click and a different one for d_event=imp, data is not flowing. Is my understanding current, should data flow for these reports or I need to make use of the Audience Optimisation report?What is the best way to report on pixel numbers in the Audience Manager?

My theory was that it's passed in one of the demdex requests when a user arrives on site, so that the partner ID and AAM_UUID can be synced, but I haven't been able to find an example of that happening.
