Import UPN to create an audience

Hi all, 
Is it possible to import a list of UPN instead of email to create an audience? 

We have Corporate emails used as UPN but in some countries employees have branded emails so when I'm trying to import a list of emails, lots of them are not recognized as emails are differents from UPN...
