We can use pixel implementation in audience manager for click and impression tracking.For information on implementation, please refer to our doc here:

Hi shweta_singh, Implement a listener across social channel. For instance, track specific words, likes, unlikes etc. I am thinking to use Hootsuite or Pixel.
